I have really been struggling with various leg issues. I went in yesterday and , despite me being impatient, the guy sat with me and did an accurate analysis of my leg. He suggested an insole to fix my pathologic pronation. He suggested that it might be uncomfortable at first, but it was perfect. Instant change. He was pleasant all the while. He also suggested other products that I may consider in the future. Very Thorough. Very Competent. I will send people their direction because of the service and the result.

I would never buy my running shoes anywhere else. Even if they were cheaper. The service here is unparalleled. They stand behind the product with the no questions asked. They have a great return policy. My wife has even worn their shoes for up to two weeks and has been able to exchange them for better a fitting pair. You cant be great service.

the salespeople are knowledgeable and really spend the time to make sure you are getting the right shoes. this may be the first time that i didnt pick up a pair of running shoes for looks, but what the salesperson recommended based on the shape and pronation of my feet. best store in dc for runners. i will go back for my next pair.

Great neighborhood store run by a family of athletes who really know their stuff. Not just for runners but bicycle riders and swimmers as well. Clothing, shoes, accessories, etc. I drive to this store from Va and have also signed up for one of their many running programs.
