Both thrift shops have amazing staff. Theyre very friendly and respectful. I feel in my heart, (and this is MY OPINION) the only reason that people give them less than five stars and some people say that they charge too much, is because theyre looking at it in the wrong perspective. They see it as "These items were given to them for free, they should charge a little bit of nothing to sell them." Thats not how this works. The items were donated to be SOLD to Fund the shelter, to House the homeless, to Feed the homeless and also to get them Back On Their Feet to be able to be self-sufficient. So of course you cant just "Give Away" the items thats just silly. Stop being So Cheap and help your community.

This place is as bad as work release if not worse and yes Bill is vary rude and they leave food sit out for days uncovered with roaches crawling all over it they waste food they do cater to some people let them get away with all kinds of things so I think they should not be running a shelter feeding people out dated food out dated I mean last years or two years old not good I give minis five stars to this place

Bill Burcher is anything but professional and Christian.he is a crook and douche.they play favorites to the locals and druggies. These people are supposed to be somewhat experts to people using drugs and how you couldnt notice to crackheads getting high everyday and either too stupid to notice or just not care is beyond me and have bed bugs to boot.

I have referred persons to this Shelter. Staff were helpful and caring. There often is a waiting list, (sometimes short and sometimes longer), but again the staff showed much concern and offered good advice. I recommend this Shelter. The Thrift store in the lower level is also a bargain hunters treasure.
