Back in March I did some online research on this Edible Arrangements to see what kind of products they offer. Decided to walk into store, found out that they had no staff on duty to do the "7 minute" ordering so I was suggested to get a pre-made arrangement that was conveniently provided in a cooler. Working in the hospitality industry I assumed that the arrangement was made fresh, that morning. After delivering my arrangement to my sister, on her birthday, we were disappointed. My sister opened her arrangement with her coworkers and they ate some of the fruit, only to realize later that the fruit was old with MOLD on it. I contacted the store and was offered a brand new arrangement, but I decided to settle with a refund because there was no way that I would even think about getting an arrangement from this store ever again. Upon further research, this specific Edible Arrangement location hasnt employed a food safety and sanitation worker since they first opened years ago...they have been violating this need for years and have made no effort to change. But besides that, the manager who contacted me about this concern made absolutely no effort to try and get me back in their good graces, she was very impatient and quick to give me a refund just to not have to deal with me anymore. This was a horrible experience and am shocked that they are still in business...I still havent even heard an apology from the manager

If there was less than 1 Star. I would Rate this establishment as ZERO stars! Terrible customer service. Owner doesnt care about quality at all. Doesnt even want to hear or discuss a complaint with an order. I purchased a $170! LARGE Party Size for an event and it looked like a Regular Size insignificant order. I almost refused it upon delivery then called to complain about the size. What a rip off! Im a business owner and this is just not acceptable. I dont recommend anyone order from them. Go somewhere else!

Just received arrangement on 1/21/17 it looked beautiful but when we went to eat the cantaloupe an honey dew they were not ripe at all had to throw it out the grapes an strawberries we ok.I fell sorry for the person who sent it to us I know they paid good money for it.

The customer service is awesome!! The girls there are so helpful. If you are a first time customer and have never ordered they will be more than happy to answer questions. Im am definitely returning and highly recommend this store.
