My boyfriend ordered flowers for my birthday which was 9/9. At 3:00pm I got a call from the delivery driver asking me where I was at on Easton Rd. After telling the driver, I was asked how he was going to deliver the flowers seeing as there are meter spots in front of my business. I thought that perhaps he was joking. I advised that he could park and deliver the flowers. I was asked again about meter parking. I then advised that he could take the delivery back. The driver then asked to have me come to the vehicle to pick up my flowers. I advised again, to refund the money to the sender and to take the delivery back. He then asked if he could deliver to my home instead. I again advised to take the flowers back, refund the money to the sender & advise his boss that we do not need business from a company that will not deliver because they may have to put a quarter in a meter. My boyfriend was able to speak to someone today and they offered "free items" to add to the delivery. He again advised to refund the money & not deliver. I received the flowers delivered with no additional items & a note apologizing for ruining my Birthday Surprise & confusion. I would not use them again. Calling the person to be surprised, ruining the surprise, questioning me to come to them to pick up my flowers & then thinking "free items" would fix it was poor customer service.

If you are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do and truly cares for the people they serve then you must go to Edie. As soon as my bride and I visited Elite Florals and met Edie, it was obvious she was in this business for the right reasons. She is full of energy and very enthusiastic. She spent a long time listening and walked through options to help us come up with the perfect arrangement. When we received the quote we were pleasantly surprised at the price. The flowers were amazing on our special day, Edie delivered just like she said she would. Guests described our centerpieces as stunning and my wifes bouquet was absolutely beautiful.

I have used Elite Florals for m daughters annual dance recitals, valentines day, birthdays, high school graduations and college graduations. My youngest just graduated college on Saturday afternoon. We were headed a few hours away for it and needed to pick up her flowers and take with us...on Friday. They did a fabulous job with her white roses (presentation bouquet)...they even did the ribbons in her school colors. These roses were tubed and boxed for almost 36 hours and they were so fresh!!! Today is Monday and they are opening slowly as good roses should. BRAVO Elite and many, many thanks for being there for all the milestones!

Everytime I have bought from this shop for my wife, Everyone there was amazingly curtious and helpful. My wife has always been blown away with the beauty in the arrangements. They even made an amazing arrangement out of silks for my wifes office that couldnt have live flowers. They do everything. The origninal stuff they make and the attention they gave me was the best. I will always buy my flowers from them! Very Happy Customer!

MY DAUGHTER ORDERED ME FLOWERS TO BE PICKED UP BY HER ON MONDAY...SHE GOT THERE 5 AFTER 5:00PM, THEY HAD TO OPEN THE DOOR FOR HER AND MAKE THE FLOWERS UP RIGHT THEN AND THERE! SHE WANTED ORANGE CARNATIONS ....SO THEY DIPPED THEM IN ORANGE RIGHT THEN....THEY PUT IN LEAVES THAT LOOKED LIKE THEY WENT OUT IN THE YARD AND PICKED THEM....I APPRECIATE WHAT MY DAUGHTER TRIED TO DO, BUT OUR FAMILY WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN....

Tried to place an order and they made it so difficult that I placed it with someone else. Worst service and unprofessional staff. I see why they have low ratings next time Ill check it out first before being calling a shady and unsatisfactory florist
