I cant thank Carrie enough for how happy I was with our flowers for our wedding. We had a small backyard summer wedding at my husbands parents house. I think I changed my mind about 3 times and sent Carrie, each time all of my ideas and a little of this colour and a little of this flower... I was all over the place. She was wonderful each and every time I sent her an email. I finally changed my mind one last time to the flowers that I then had at my wedding. All I had was pictures to show her of the final look of the center pieces and off she went ordering it all for me. When we arrived on the wedding weekend she had them all ready to go in her shop. The quality and colour of the roses and other flowers were superb! I was Soooo happy! Then the hard part... putting it all together to look exactly how I wanted. Well when I arrived at my wedding and saw the center pieces on the tables I was the happiest a bride could be. I LOVED them all so much. Then she gave us our bouquets and they were extraordinary!!! I held onto my bouquet all night long. I brought my center pieces and bouquets home which traveled hours in the car and they lasted wonderfully in my house for almost two weeks. I am so blessed to have found In Bloom and to have had the opportunity to work with such a wonderful lady. I recommend Carrie at In Bloom to every bride or for any occasion. She will make your vision happen and then some!

And do you want great or even basic customer service? If the answer is yes please DO NOT use In Bloom, Inc. The flowers I ordered for my daughters FIRST HOME were left on the back door step of a house that was aprox 6 houses down the street. The correct address information was given to the company but she (the owner) delivered them to the wrong house. Now remember my daughter was just moving in and did not know anyone on the street let alone someone at least 6 houses down. The story goes on & on but the bottom line is that she (the owner) asked my daughter to go down and get her own flowers as she had already left the area. The owner was rude to my daughter & to myself on the phone. I highly suggest that you do not use In Bloom, Inc. As I live in another state it was important for me that my daughter got her flowers while unpacking in her new home on Saturday, however, the flowers were delivered on Sunday after being left outside all night!!!!!

I have been to many occassions where the floral arrangements were so spectacular that I had to ask, who did your flowers? The few times that I asked the answers I got were always In Bloom. I met with the owner of In Bloom and she is such a professional and caring woman. She truely cares about your wishes and follows through. I used In Bloom for our wedding and the flowers were fresh and the arrangements were breathtaking, again making them a conversation piece. I have been to weddings, birthday parties, picnics, etc. and would recommend In Bloom for any event!

These guys are lame, and make no apologies. Requested delivery on a specific day for specific reasons, and got that confirmed. They decided to deliver a day early because of the "price of gas" and they thought the person would enjoy the flowers early. And to make matters worse, they got the spelling on one of the names wrong. What? No care, no attention to detail, making decisions for their convenience and not the customers wishes, full of attitude when theyre called on it. Stay away. There are plenty of others in that area.

We have used In Bloom Inc. on several occasions and they never disappoint. The owner is so talented! She was able to translate exactly what we want into the most breath taking arrangements. . We had met with other florists in the past and no one has compared to the service or quality of what was offered with In Bloom! I highly recommend In Bloom to anyone who is looking to give their special occasion a unique touch and great customer service!
