I started my company a few years ago. It was a challenge for me to find the right name that clearly stated my businesss intentions; what it represented. Two months, ago I was looking for another printing company to create and install an outdoor sign for my business, Offsite Advantage (now Offsite Assistants). I called a few companies, including Fast Signs in Pottstown. I realized later when speaking to Bill Wellen - who happened to pick up my call - that Pottstown was too far from where I live in Temple. Immediately Bill searched and informed me that he could have someone from his office come and install the sign. We had a few conversations, and Bill realized my other dilemma about finding just the right sign. His advice? "First you have to make sure the sign in not crowded, visible and able to read at a glance." Sounded great, but I was missing a tagline. Without much prompting, Bill assisted me with coming up with ideas for slogans at no additional cost, including my latest slogan "There When You Need Us." Simple, yes, but I understood what he was trying to tell me, that less was more. I could not believe how he was able to formulate what I had wanted to say all this time after just having one conversation with me. Bill is more than a printer - he provides support to ensure that your overall business image - in the eye of your audience - is well understood. He can consider me a loyal customer; I will continue to use his service as I move to the next step of my business goals.

I normally dont write reviews - but this Fast Signs continues to impress me. Their pricing, turn around, and most important, customer service is BY FAR better than any local (or online printer) that Ive ever used. As a business owner, Ive used many printers for my trade shows, corporate advertising, and events and NEVER has an entire team paid this much attention to detail and taken this much pride in their work. Not a weak link in the entire group. Also - I might ad - I had a HORRIBLE experience from another Fast Signs (in Conshohocken) and swore Id never use this chain again. Im extremely glad I gave this Pottstown group another chance. They definitely have all my business moving forward. Your friends at KnowledgeStart!!!

Our organization recently purchased an outdoor sign for our office building. The product was of excellent quality & the staff of FastSigns continue to provide excellent service. Representatives are wonderful about communicating with us and they are always making sure they are giving us exactly what we want. I made an appointment with Bill and he came to my business location. He determined the best location and design for my sign to get maximum exposure at the busy intersection. I could tell from first meeting him that he wanted me to succeed. I’m very happy with the sign and placement. The sign has only been up a couple of weeks and already I’ve received calls. I especially like the proof system. You receive a proof of the sign online then you can approve or modify the sign. I highly recommend Fast Signs in Pottstown for your business.

I have used Fastsigns for the past 3 years. As a contractor I use the yard signs to create neighbors interest in our work. The trucks are lettered (cheaper than I thought possible but I didnt tell the owner) and add a professional appearance when visiting clients and driving down the road. Recently I needed 1 yard sign for a special event. Designed in one day and ready for pickup the next morning. That was amazing to me! Everyone has always treated me well and I will continue to use and recommend their services.
