Was in search for a good sized,good priced, promotional vinyl banner in the Scranton area. As always , I was trying to shop local so I did a google search and found Center City on Penn Ave in Scranton. They met my expectations and more. Not only were the prices and quality amazing, they even delivered my banner to my house FREE of charge because I wasnt around to pick it up in time for my event. I needed it done in one to two days and they had it finished in 1 and with very short notice.
