I went here to print and ship some documents. Upon arrival, none of the 2 computers were functioning. So I suggested emailing them the docs that needed to be printed. Once they received it, they stated they could not process the doc because it is not "compatible" with their system. Its a simple Microsoft Excel doc. They still couldnt help me. QBecause of their inefficiencies, I have to drive across town to the kinkos. Thanks for the delay, UPS

Ive been using this store for a few years now and Ive never had a bad experience. I ship weekly and have a po box. Theyve always been quite helpful. Youll save some $ if you print and pay for your UPS shipping labels at home and just drop them off here.
