DONT NOT USE FOR FREIGHT SHIPPING!! My husband and I were moving to Hawaii and need to ship his industry tool box for his job. We thought it being a ups store we could trust the pricing. The owner Kip was VERY unlawful and charge us for 1600lbs and over sized it length width and height. We had a sign agreement sayin he would refund us once it was weight if under. The box only come to 910lbs. We were unable to make the move and stop shipment in Los Angeles. We ask for the prices different and he said we were ok dont worry and transfer it to Oregon where we are currently living. He try to charge us a total of $2039 just to have it go from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles then up to Oregon. We check with UPS on rates and he over charge us by $1300. When we ask for proof he said its not our business and he can charge what he likes. We are current in contact with UPS CORP to report him and get our money. PLEASE DONT GIVE HIM YOUR BUSINESS. HE IS VERY UNLAWFUL AND WILL OVER CHARGE U. IF U HAD SAME PROBLEM REPORT HIM TO UPS STORE CORP OFFICE.

I love the UPS store in Dunmore! The ease of sending a package from there is what I like the most. I like that you can bring your items in that are to be shipped and they can package them for you. I also like that everything is sent on overnight delivery. Its more pricey than the USPS but much less crowded and more personable. It ranks pretty high up there for me. That is the first place I go when I have to mail a package. I love the one in Clarks Summit, PA too and have been going there for many years. Overall I give it a big thumbs up for everything but the pricing.

Poor customer service from the owner. Went on to lecture me about shipping and receiving services. All I needed to do was print a label. I dont mind paying a fee, just dont like being treated poorly. For an independently owned franchise that has nothing to do with ups, I would expect better customer service from an owner of 3 stores for over 13 years. Dont ship here.

Super Awesome customer service. I should have left my car running while I dropped off my package with the pre-paid label. The lumberjack gentleman offered to seal the box for me and attach the label It was better then fast food! Great store!

Awful. Changed hours without posting the change to the web (UPS truck waited with me,) and the guy would not hold door as I made 3 trips with packages.

They are not very friendly, it was an effort for them to answer a question, its the only UPS store in Dunmore so we are kinda stuck with it
