Worst experience, ever! While looking at frames, sales wmn came over & interrupted, actually anmonished me for not choosing Michael Kors &picking Chelsea Morgan (since im covered for any frame) saying who is she, anyway? Get these.... MK dosent have my style. I told her that & she could not grasp the concept of wanting a look, with the right shape for your face, rather than a name. She also had no product knowledge. When I asked one of my questions she pointed @ something for me to read instead of answering me. While I was reading it, she kept saying these are the best lenses, thats the lenses for you etc...but when I noticed all the other add-ons were included if I got those & told her to remove them, she said, you dont need those lenses, theyre not for you. When I questioned it, she got mad,called a mgr, and started lieing to her, acting like I was trying to get stuff for free. I noticed what happened, she gave me bad info from the beginning. I asked what high density lenses are, she showed me a card on high deff. Instead of admitting that she gave me bad info (&that was why I didnt need them). She was changing her story multiple times. She didnt want to bother helping me get the glasses &add-ons that were right for me, she just wanted to place an order &include as much as she could I should have known from jump, when I just wanted direction where to look & she insisted on putting me in the computer. She lost the sale, all due to her own ignorance. I took my Rx & going to South Philly store. I already know what Im getting so, that person is going to get an easy sale:-)

This place is completely and totally unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for today over a month ago. I received a phone call this morning stating that the last appointment is at 6 pm even though my appointment was scheduled for 6:30 pm and that I would have to come in at 5:45 so that I could be seen. I rearranged my schedule so that I could come in and arrived there at 5:30 pm. I waited over half an hour in line to be checked in and had to wait another half an hour to begin my exam. When Helen went to start my exam the doctor told her that she was done and refused to even see me. So not only did I have to wait around for an hour but I was then refused service! I will never return to this place and I would not recommend it to anyone! Their customer service sucks and they make appointments for nothing. If they were running behind thats their issue not mine I was there early for my scheduled appointment. And further more if they are open until 8 pm why is the last appointment at 6 pm. This is how they treated not just a patient but a 6 month pregnant patient at that!

These people are AWESOME. Every single person Ive worked with there is AWESOME. And Dr. Z. (attached to their store) is also AWESOME. You may be leery to go to a chain-eyeware store. I had a strange vision problem connected to a medical issue, and before I found the source of the problem, Dr. Z. and Visionworks were respectful, helpful, and believed me when I said what I needed. I spent HALF the amount of money for 3 pairs of glasses here, than I spent for one pair with an independent doctor that is highly recognized. And I got them in a few days as opposed to a month and a half. I had a mixup with the color of my sunglasses and they fixed it IMMEDIATELY and cheerfully. Once I found out there was a medical problem causing issues, my eyesight began to improve rapidly, and they also helped me replacing all these glasses again and again, they were awesome. There is a synergy and cheerful cooperation between all the employees here that is truly refreshing. Thank you so much - Jennie.

Every time I go there, the "special" doesnt apply. Why? They say it is because I have insurance. I always pay twice as much as expected, "WITH INSURANCE" buying the most inexpensive products there! RIP! I find the personnel rude and agitated. I also find that they are not knowledgeable and they give conflicting information from one clerk to another. They actually give false information. My husband also has had bad experiences with them and will never come back. This is the first time I have ever wrote a negative review about anyone or any company.

The front end was awesome! They greeted me at what seemed like as soon as you got out of your car which was awesome and VERY WELCOMING. Even when there were a lot of ppl calling and in the store they were very nice and helpful. My only issue would be that the doctor wasnt as helpful. He was nice once I finally got to see him, nevertheless he was slow and not attentive to the ppl in the store. The front end constantly apologized for the wait and then helped me entertain my 2 year old. Awesome group of girls.

terrible experience. I scheduled my appointment a month ago only to get there and double booked at the same time. None of my information were " saved in the system". Apparently thats my fault and had to wait over a hour to get called in while the person that was booked with me was checked out right after we checked in. Rude staff, doesnt want to communicate with you at all. well never come back to this place.

This place is awesome. They have every pair of eyewear that you can imagine. The staff is very knowledgeable and took the time to fit me with the correct pair of glasses. The parking is easy and the store is very accessible. Attached to the store is their Optometrist Dr. Zawilinski. I highly recommend getting your eye exam from her.
