I love this office. Theyre great people. Ive been going here for about 7 years now (maybe longer!) and the doctor is a sweetheart. Shes diligent, compassionate and dedicated. My husband started having issues and when he went to see her, she took immediate action actually saving my husbands vision. Were so thankful. I also bring my two boys here and shes been great with them. On top of all of that, theyre humanitarians... they keep a pantry of food/toiletries for families who are struggling and they ask for nothing in return. Youre in great hands if you choose to come here and I highly recommend it. Also, I noticed comments about the office being racist... this couldnt be further from the truth. My husband (and children) are African American and she went above and beyond to save my husbands vision. If it werent for her aggressively treating him, hed have lost all vision. Theyre kind people and I love that we have an eye doctor that we can trust. I also work in healthcare and I am all too familiar with bad bedside manner, I have yet to see that here in all my years of seeing this doctor.

I suggest to not go here at all.. first there prescribed me with a Lens that I paid $150 out of pocket. When I got the glasses with the script, I was still unable to see. I go back to have them fix it and they say I have to pay $300 for a different lens with a stronger script. Since the first one were the wrong script. The only thing they are reimbursing me $50 out of $150 for their mistake.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They will sell you a years worth of contacts they recommend and not help you if those contacts dont work for you. His response was, "well thats your fault." They will make you pay an extra $40 to get fitted again. I work in health care and I hope when they need something from a nurse they get treated he same way they treat their patients.

The worst. Nice staff but they dont know what theyre doing. Beyond irritated and I havent even seen the doctor yet.. Ive been here over an hour. (And I had an appointment!)
