It is a unbelievable bad experience for me. I havent been there for a while and now I definitely wont go back. Not to mention molded and old produce and bad shelf arrangement, the employees work over there are very unprofessional and impolite. When I was checking out, the person ignored me and talked about drinking and having party with other check out persons after work and also talked on the cell phone for personal business. So all these careless behavior led to 3 different final prices( can you believe that?!) and I had to ask her to start it over. Long story short, she was not happy and dumped all my things out from the bags. Eggs and mushrooms were broken and bags were ripped. No apology at all. I asked to talk to the manager on site and was told by the other check out person that he was responsible for the site as manager is in NYC and he cant give me any phone or email or name of manager or any solution. At the same time, the other check out line also overcharged the other customers. Worst worst experience ever. There are so many Asian supermarkets out in Philly and I have much better choices and will never go back. Away from it!

I can not believe that in this day and age this business is still thriving. From the management on down there are rude and unwilling to serve you if you are not from there home land. There are people from all walks of life that could shop there for food from there home land,and that is why I went but after experiencing there lack of customer service,lack of respect for people I will never spent another hard earned dollar in there,and I highly recommend no on else does either!!!!!!! The only reason it even got one star is because I had to click at least one to be able to post

I love this store. You need time to walk around a see all they have to offer. You need to know what you need before you get there. Most staff doesnt speak English. Their prices are great. Seafood and meat dept are great.

"Sales" are misleading: "2 for $5.00" means you need to buy two or else its full price if you buy one (nowhere does it say "must buy two"). Bathrooms are dirty with no soap. Floors are dirty throughout the facility.

Great variety of international foods and goods. Fresh fish every day. They even sale roast duck at a post right at the entrance. Also the most complete variety of teas. The list goes on. Awesome.

They have a huge variety of asian fresh veggies,fruits, and seafood! They offer cuts of jackfruit which is great because a whole one sometimes is just too much, and it doesnt last that long!
