This store has horrible service in the deli department. If you ask for anything thin, be prepared to have an attitude thrown at you. Some of the people that work in deli are so miserable. If you dont like your job, get a different one. Furthermore, management there is lacking. Checkout lines are few. When you present a coupon, be prepared to dig through your bags to prove you bought something. Instead of saying "did you buy this", they say "you didnt buy this!" - here we go again... Every visit. In conclusion, started shopping at Wegmans.

this is the worst giant, EVER. i have brought produce from here and two days later rotten. ive brought items off of the shelf, months EXPIRED. i also went here and a worker was fixing a shelf, sat it on floor and walked away..... (mind you shelf blended in with floor color) and i tripped over it and almost fell. i will not spend another PENNY in this hole of a store. i will be taking my money to acme, shop rite...anywhere but here. and i will also inform all of my friends, family and coworkers of how horrible this giant is.

I was told by an employee that "Corporate" doesnt allow for the salad bar to provide small containers for the salad dressing. One has to put the dressing on the salad before leaving. If thats the case "Corporate" better check out their other stores because I do a lot a driving and eat Giants salad bar at least 4 days a week and this is the first location where I was told this. On another note, the cucumbers were cut in 1/2" slices. Tell me this isnt an obvious scam to help weigh down your purchase. Done at this location.

The staff are always very nice and professional, which makes me happy. Pricing on most items in generally competitive, but I think $14.99 per pound for Boars Head roast beef (cold cuts) is expensive, and it never goes on sale! Hoping the pricing behind the deli counter will ease soon. :o) The fact that they are open 24 hours on most days contributes to me giving this Giant location 5 out of 5 stars.

Decided to stop here instead of Wegmans late at night for groceries. Big mistake. everything was fine until check out. Instead of real live people you are forced to use the machines at night. What a nightmare! Their machines are so fussy it took longer to check out than it did to shop. never again! Ill stick with Wegmans where a real person is at check out ANY time of night. Not a crappy slow machine.

The store is always clean and the associates ate always very helpful. Our biggest pet peeve is that they do not always have items from the circular in stock, which is a big deal when you plan your monthly trip around gas points, coupons and bonus buys.
