Oringinally being from MD where I loyally shopped at Giant, I was really happy to find out that this store would be opening. The store has now been open almost a year and I have to say that although the quality of their products offered in this store hold true to the quality that one would expect, the customer service in this store literally sucks!!. In the past three months I have had to very negative shopping experiences here at this store and they both invovled "floor or Shift" managers. The first incident involved me waiting to order lunch meat, it seems that it was more important for "two" associates working at the counter to engage in appeasing the shift manager by slicing meat for him to compare and taste test as opposed to servicing a paying cutomer. The second incident happend just last night, I feel that I was the blantant victim of racism, the cashier (whom had no businees at all being in this position, he was clearly out of his element and it appeared that he lacked the proper training to be working alone) had to call the manager, this women came over to help him with the problem he was having however, I asked her a couple of questions and she apparently felt that I wasnt important enough for her to answer or even acknowledge. This woman "Penny" refused to even make eye contact with me, needless to say that I was totally shocked and that I wont be shopping at this market ever again.

This store used to be 24/7, but not they close at midnight it is still an excellent grocery store to go to if youre a late night shopper. They also have a gas station here that is pretty cheap. Giants have decent selections of fresh produce. They also have organic/natural products. I come to Giants because they offer good deals and their deli is delicious. They let you try the deli meat before you want to make a purchase just so they can make sure you like it! They keep this place clean here. Workers here are helpful and very friendly.

The staff here is always smiling very friendly, polite and helpful.. However, the prices here are just ridiculous. Honestly, all Giants food market you visit will have the same high prices which is the exact reason I do not shop at this food store chain. Its just a convenient place people frequent because its on the boulevard. Some positives are, the store is very large with many self checkout lines. There arent usually many long lines because there are always a lot of cashiers on duty for the weekend rush.

Just my favorite grocery store whennim not specialty shopping. Unlike the kosher and organic section as well as the organic store brand. Produce is generally very good grade. And there counter of Boars Head lunchmeat never disappoints me or my grandson as they will give you samples of anything you want to try. Also you get gas points for shopping, at their onsite gas station.

Welcome to price gouging central, $10.00 for 1 pound of sliced generic ham insane !!! Bakery items always priced higher then ShopRite..... ShopRite has better quality with a lower price. Why buy chips and cookies here $4.30 for a family size bag of Herrs, same size at Walmart $2.83. People get excited to come here !!!! REALLY ...... I get excited to loose money. Yay....

This Giant makes me excited to shop.The staff is always so friendly the produce is always fresh.Im a bit of a health nut and ,they have a great selection of vegetarian foods to choose from. The Super market is clean and neat.Im a Real Estate Agent in the area and I send all my clients a gift card to shop at this Giant on grant. Great location!

I have a ShopRite and an Acme closer to where I live but most of the time go out of the way to shop at this Giant. Theres always plenty of parking, great produce, and an excellent health food section. Now they have a beer and wine area and soon to be a Starbucks. This grocery store is going to easily become my only option.

Im a little disappointed that this store isnt open 24 hours anymore but I cant complain about anything else. I have never walked in and not been able to find what I was looking for. They have great sales on things that I need and their pet food and supply prices are better than any Petsmart or Petco Ive ever been to.

Was in the Northeast Philadelphia Giant store at 11:00 pm. The store was very clean and well stocked for that time of night. Had a friendly conversation with one of the night time employees working in the salad dressing aisle and also with the cashier at checkout. Great service for so late at night. Thank you.

Mom friendly! Friendly cashiers who are quick and knowledgeable with the WIC program. ALL WIC items on the shelves are labeled and easy to find. When I was there with my 2 small toddlers and newborn they always had someone escort me to my car and load my groceries into my car.

Im a vegan, so options are limited unless you know how to cook a meal, but what vegan wants to shop at a store that caters and specializes to non vegans. They have a new beer and wine area, but the set up is a few picknick tables, so it seams only good for take out.

This is my favorite Supermarket to shop hands down best selection prices are great great bakery produce is really fresh most of the time but please get new bags Im so tired of your bags breaking I have to Triple bag them sometimes its ridiculous anymore.

Fantastic store! its a nice change for shoppers in Philadelphia. If you take advantage of the gasoline deals this store becomes the cheapest place to shop. There is a problem with the map, the market is closer to Roosevelt Blvd, west of Blue Grass Rd.

Great produce and everything always clean and fresh. Employees not so friendly. I been going there and never seen em smile, not good mornings, thank you or you are welcome. Seems they are not polite... But who care as long they have good food. Pricey

Its a nice store, typical of most Giant stores. The parking lot tends to be madness most days unless you go at off times. There are rarely enough cashiers open, again unless you go on off times. The store is well stocked and generally clean.

Nice new store, good produce selection and great frozen section. Problem is most of the stuff I usually buy is cheaper at Shop Rite or Acme. But if im bored in the wee hours of the night, its cool that Giant is open 24 hours.

This store is clean & well stocked. Just wish they would keep shopping carts stored in the front entryway so we dont have to go all the way back out in the parking lot to find a one. Thats usually a weekend issue.
