Its a great store for a lot of things: cards, pots&pans, throw pillows, garden hoses, kids toys, etc. But hope when your ready to checkout there is more than one cashier. The last 2 times we went we waited for over 10 minutes to get to the register. We went just last week and when we got in line there were 6 people & their carts ahead of us, 2 different employees came up but not to open another register. Its what will make us walk out & leave a full cart. Management needs to do something about this.

The manager Rashita was very friendly, personable and helpful. This store is not the closest to me but I will gladly go here due to the service. Any other big lots you have to go looking for an associate to ask a question, where as at this one we were approached three times and offered help.

This chain could use more locations in the city. I like the layout and the selection of items. I always get some food when Im near a big lots, I like their Indian food. All in all a good place to shop.

Very cheap store, but has good quality products. The best part is that it opens up at 8am and closing at 11pm.
