By Far the WORST Advance Auto/Parts store this ASE Certified MASTER Mechanic has ever been to! Ordered parts online because they were the only ones that had it in stock, Well Guess what? They close at 6pm! This is NUTS. There is an Autozone right across the street. This was an old Carquest that was bought out and the worthless slugs behind should have been fired an fresh blood brought in or at least a manager with a whip. They fiddled around and ran 5 customers (this included me) out the door across the street to Autozone were a person with a heat beat wanted your business. Why it was 5:30-5:45 and they didnt acknowledge customers, talked right past customers standing in line at the counter. My order that was supposed to be "ready for pick up" Forget it. they had to go dig around for 10 minutes and it took 5 minutes to get their attention.

Went out of my way to go here because my local AA didnt have my part in stock. Gave him the part # and he couldnt find it, no big deal, other guy found the part. It was an exhaust flange. I asked if he could find me a gasket to match and he gasped "Well NOW youre asking a lot!" he says. "We have so many gaskets blah blah blah..." Its mid day and there was no one else even waiting to be helped. He was very rushed with me. I thought they would want to sell parts but apparently he couldnt wait to get back to staring at his computer screen. Not a good way to treat your customers in my opinion...

Granted, I got there 2 minutes before closing, but both ladies were obviously ready to go home. The store always seems to have what the AutoZone across the street doesnt.
