Eff this store. I have had to endure it, since living Macungie means it is either a 5 minute drive here or 25 minutes to Wegmans which isnt always feasible, but there is only so much one can tolerate. The crux of most of my issues with this store is the horrible quality control. Specifically, it seems like they buy their produce from some strange back alley distributor, as it always is of dubious quality and taste. Without fail, everything we buy that is fruit or vegetable goes bad like seconds after bringing it home. I can endure that to a certain degree, but yesterday we were disgusted by a gallon of Weis brand milk we had. The day we brought it home, well before the expiration date, it tasted like ass. How do you screw up milk? I can continue onward with this tirade, talking of the haggard old lady who harasses us about our freaking gas points that we havent used, or the weird dude that tries to take our cart away in the parking lot before our child is even out of it, or for that matter, the inability for them to leave a cart in the corrals for those of us arriving with infants, but then I would effectively be writing a novel. Seriously, get your s**t together, just because youre the only game in town doesnt mean you can afford to not up your game. You make normal, levelheaded people write weird reviews about grocery stores, dont make me someone who reviews grocery stores online! Do your freaking jobs right already. I gave you two stars only because even though you suck, Im sure youll find a way to disappoint me further.

I was 10 points($50) away from enough rewards points for a free turkey. I went yesterday and with the discounts my total came to $48. I was going to grab something to bring my total to $50, but the cashier told me you have to spend $50 in 24 hours. So I went back today and picked up some meat to reach the rewards for the turkey. APPARENTLY, you have to spend $50 from midnight to midnight NOT within 24 hours of purchase. I went to customer service and was denied even when I told the worker what had happened. If youre going to have a rewards program, please correctly train your employees so they dont misguide customers. This is abosulutely absurd. Ill take my grocery shopping needs to Wegmans after this disaster .

Just so everyone knows, at or around midnight there is no more customer service. To say there is no more customer service is not a stretch. Another customer and I had to search for the cashier who was nowhere in sight. When we finally found her and she was cashing me out, my order was messed up. I asked her if she could fix the problem since the sale was not rang up correctly or if I could return the items and she said disingenuously and I quote, "There is no customer service here at night. You have to come back tomorrow with your purchases and go to customer service." Well needless to say I may never even go back if this store flat out "does not have customer service." Why are you even open then?

The manager, Frank, is seen on a daily basis...helping out customers, and assisting his own staff in getting the work thats necessary, done. Its a 24hour store, with lots of variety...meat is always fresh, and reasonably priced. Sales and deals are great at this location. Hes made quite an impression on the appearance, the hot coffee is always HOT now, staff is more polite, and diverse. Keep up the good work!

The layout of Weis makes no sense at all, the fridges have mold in them, after mentioning that to Corp we got an email back saying thank you we have taken care of it, went back a few days later and the mold was still there. Produce also is either bad on the shelf or of you get something that looks decent it goes bad the next day. I wont shop here anymore

My local store. I prefer it to the local Wegmans for many reasons. Ive come here for years and getting to know my butcher and produce manager (Jim & Mark, respectively) is one of the best things Ive ever done. Everyone is solicitous of my opinion and satisfaction.

When I move to the country I used to shop at Weis all the time it was very convenient to where are you lived. We go there sometimes to pick up small ends here there, but we will continue to shop at Wegmans due to the price gap of food and quality of food.

Great place to shop. Prices are not bargain but ridiculous either. Friendly staff are always willing to help you if you need it. Store has all things you would expect of a grocer. Open 24hrs with limited major holiday hours for family time.

Decent prices. Good selection. Good produce. Everything from the bakery has a strange aftertaste. I dont recommend the bakery. Also typical grocery store meat. Your always better off going to a farmers market for your meat.

Weis markets on rt 100 is my go to for daily grocery needs. Its smaller than most weis stores in the area but has a generally decent selection. For larger trips we usually go to giant in trexlertown.

Its a small store, lovely bakery, not as much diversity in what they offer in store and they often run out of things quickly. However, youll find most of the basic stuff there most days.

Easy to find things in the aisles, nice pharmacists, and great customer service. Only bad thing...needs a better Kosher/Hilal section with more Arabic food choices.

Most of the employees here are cheerful and offer assistance or a greeting to shoppers. The produce here is above par for this time of year.

Evething you need at a great price. They also have little deals solely for this store. I enjoy coming here.

This is an aging Weiss Market. This coupled with a paucity of open registers makes shopping here a chore.
