I awaited anxiously daily as this place was going in and was excited when it opened as it is on my route for my LONG commute (an hour) to work! So this place was seemingly perfect, location, owners, everything. However, since its opening we have been plagued with bad experience after bad experience. First, we had to take a stab at just stopping in to find out it was actually open as they had not placed any signage that they were open until weeks after opening! I made a suggestion that they do so, especially since they still had work vans in their parking lot and it did not look as if they were open. (A sign was placed stating they are now open.) I have visited a dozen times since they have opened so I have given them a fair shake to heed suggestions and I can honestly say that unless they do some honest searching into this business, I will not be going back. One stop in, my coffe was served cold which I had to request it be made again as it was cold. They have absolutely no sugar alternatives or sugar free options AT ALL! They are alienating a HUGE demographic of people by not offering such options! Want cinnamon or nutmeg to add to your coffee? Forget about it! This is not an option either! Want to throw your trash away? No trash can was available for customers to throw their trash away! Now lets talk about the cups! Once again, I was initially excited to see that they were environmental conscious and had completely compostable cups made from a sustainable source. They even tout the fact that they are double lined. However, the lids are of the poorest quality of any to go cup I have ever drank from. Every single time, my lid has cracked and then dripped! It appears the lid cracks at the seam of the cup. This is extremely frustrating when going to work, driving, etc. Now lets talk price......all this for one of the steepest prices of coffee I have ever paid! I have also asked several times about loyalty cards and they dont offer them. I wanted so badly to love this place because of its affiliation with other local businesses that are thriving and getting it right and its convenience for me daily. However, they totally missed the mark with Copper Cup and I am extremely sad about that as I am all about supporting local businesses. I just cant support this one. I have voiced all of these issues in house, where there is no suggestion box, only the staff to receive it. The responses were "we only work here". Please help your staff understand with lack of management available, lack of a suggestion box, they are the front line to listen, receive and forward criticism, suggestions, concerns of your customers. If customers are met with "we only work here", our only avenue left is a more public one which may have not been the first or most comfortable, ideal route chosen. I hope you work out all the short comings so that you are able to thrive in our community! Fantastic corn egg muffins by the way!

On the way to my wedding rehearsal, my bridesmaids and I were starving and caffeine deprived. We were about the stop at a Turkey Hill to pick up some snacks, but we caught sight of this adorable little coffee shop that seemed to be sent to us from heaven at just the right moment. One bridesmaid had a giant bouquet of daisies and asked for an empty coffee cup with water to keep them fresh. However, the daisies were far too plentiful to fit, and she proceeded to struggle in the parking lot with them. A man sitting by the window ran back to the kitchen and got her a big plastic bucket for them. It turns out he was the owner, and he was a knight in shining armor! The people here are insanely friendly, helpful, thoughtful, and will help you if you have a ton of daisies. The coffee was great (not too bitter, not overly sweet, perfect), and the snacks were lovely (I especially recommend the lemon bar). Ill definitely be back! Thank you for brightening our day, Copper Cup!

This place is very tiny. Might have seating for maybe 15 people max at a time. They have a drive through which is awesome! Its a nice and quiet place to study. They have tall chairs at sort of a bar setting by the window. Theres also a small table for maybe 5 or 6. Their drinks are are on the pricey side but reasonable for a place that specializes in coffee. I got a large 16oz fogged tea and it was $4 - but an extremely delicious $4! Hoping they do well. If you go, you have to check out the way-cool sink they have in the bathroom: it gets you the full experience.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Cant rave about them enough! Friendly staff, quick service and tasty treats and coffee! My favorites are the Mocha Frappe (whipping cream please!) and their muffin of the month (right now its pumpkin chocolate chip filled with cream cheese). I also enjoy their iced chai and scones :) They know me by name and bring back the small town meets modern vibe.

Upon entering this shop, the customer service was amazing - very friendly and knowledgeable about their menu items. The coffee tasted great and the baked goods were very good. Also, a plus for someone who needs to eat gluten free as menu items are marked accordingly. I will definitely be heading back to this shop!

Great coffee in a friendly little place. They have a drivethrough if youre in a hurry, but there are also a few stools inside where you can look out the window. Tasty coffee drinks, as well as some pastries and the famous TOMATO PIE. This is a great spot to stop for a perkup if youre driving by.

They serve good STRONG coffee. Woke me up REAL quick! Simple menu, so its not difficult to choose what I want. Personable staff is a huge plus. Ill certainly make it a point to stop here every time I pass it, on my way to Fort Indiantown Gap. Next time, I hope to try some of their foods.

The service is amazing! Love the service and the friendly staff. They serve a great cup of coffee and it is great that the drive thru is fast and easy. I am also in agreement that the 1 star review does not accurately describe copper cup as a company. Check it out!

Ive been here many times and it never disappoints (and any 1 star reviews that might be given are slightly ignorant and not an accurate representation of this amazing coffee shop).

These folks make a really, truly, good cup of coffee. Actual coffee, the kind thats black black. I drive far out of my way for this experience and have never been disappointed.
