Horrible Staff! I ordered and was repeated back to my order and they still messed up a green tea Frappuccino to a Green Latte. I waited 30 minutes for our turkey pesto Panini because they forgot to make it. When we ask they told it would come out soon and then asked again and the staff thought it was funny that no one made it.....HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Very clean and comfortable atmosphere coupled with excellent product and the responsive staff = 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD. Order ahead and skip the line. Your order will be waiting for you. Drive thru also available. Parking is available all around the complex.

This place is bad, the stickers on the wrong size cups and even after that they put the wrong drinks in each of the two cups and were not even mixed properly. The place wasnt even busy. Horrible wont return.

The guy behind the counter couldnt tell us if a drink came with a sweetener or with out, took us 3 times telling him our order before he got it right and it still came out wrong.... this is a repeat issue.

For a new store it leaves alot to be desired. Service was poor. Went thru drive thru and ask for a blonde roast. Was told they didnt have any after lunch. It seems no one taught them how to do a pourover.

Friendly baristas who always make your order just the way you want it. Only complaint is the outside sitting area is usually a bit dirty and right where the drive through orders are taken.

Absolutely terrible. Staff doesnt know how to prioritize customers. Constantly the drive thru line is wrapped around the building. Can take up to 20 min just to get your coffee.

Place was very dirty and when Walmart bathrooms are a better alternative and a lot cleaner, you have some issues. Place was pretty nasty.

Staff is Great... Especially "BamBam Liz"... Shes upbeat and puts a smile on your face. And if she doesnt, than something wrong with you.
