Depending on the employee, they can be quite racsit. Or for those who are offended by that word, may I say rude. I ordered a simple order, decaf with whipped cream, but yet they still cant even get that right. My review may seem a little subjective but nonetheless my point is that if you hate your job, do something about it. No one in the United States is bondaged by their employer. We live in a free country where there is a plethora of opportunities. I may have outspoken a bit by claiming she was racist but my point is, learn to hate yourself before you hate others. As the once great Underwood said, "Your action towards other people is simply a mere reflection of the way you treat yourself when no one is around."

The lady who was working on 12/29/2016 at 5 PM was very rude and was not evening smiling to the customers, I dint bother when she dint respond to the hi I said and I ordered the drink that I love and always ordered. This is the worst one I ever had. She was not even showing interest to make the drink.

Was supposed to be open at 5am, at 5:40 the manager still hadnt got out of bed and the 2 employees who were opening couldnt actually open. So no coffee before flying.

How can every other vendor in HIA be open at 5:30 and not Starbucks? It is now 6:00 AM and they are still open...
