Lets start with the good points. The place was clean, the people were smiling. All done. My wife and I ordered the mac and cheese with a Caesar and a meatball panini with side salad. the server delivered my wifes meal and got confused and walked around the place for 10 minutes before we were able to flag her down to confirm that the plate she held was mine. The mac and cheese tasted like velveeta and the meatball panini was bland and dry on the inside. all you tasted was butter. not worth the price charged. we will not be going back anytime soon.

Update: manager made good on the situation. As noted below the staff are very friendly! Im upgrading from 1 star to 3 and if future experience is good Ill upgrade again. I waited almost 15 minutes for my order at a time the place was almost empty and got all the way back to my office to discover what they gave me wasnt anywhere close to what I ordered. Now its on me to walk back over there and fix it. Staff was friendly but that only goes so far if you cant even get the basics right.

This place has gone down to crap after the manager, Manny left 2 months ago. The coffee area is always needs some sort of item... whether its sugar, coffee cup holders, or stir sticks. The service at the registers has gone to crap. A line will grow to 4 people and there will be someone just standing behind the counter looking out into space or something else. Youre a customer service rep. DO YOUR JOB! If I didnt work in this building, I would never go here.

Stopped in for some hot coffee. The staff were very friendly and active. The place was clean and roomy. The decor seemed a little off - like two competing design concepts were at play rather than one fluid interior. Am I modern? Am I retro? Am I an old fashioned clubhouse lounge? Am I a neighborhood corner shop? Am I a corporate ditto box? The coffee was indeed hot, and for two bucks I cant complain. The wifi was free, easy to connect, and reliable.

Made a special order, took a bit longer but that should be expected for a special order. By the time I got my sandwich, my little guy had gone from comfortable to fussy and near tantrum. So I change it to a to-go order and left. Unfortunately, the special order was done wrong and ended up giving the sandwich away. Place was cool and clean, if a bit cramped.

We were in Baltimore yesterday for the meet and greet that you now hosted. We decided to have lunch at this cafe. It was wonderful to say the least!!! The food was delicious, and we sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful day while we ate. The staff was super friendly and really helped to make our experience a nice one! Thank you!!!!

Everything looks so delicious, their bread, sandwiches, sweets, brioches, quiche, just to name a few. If I could I would eat here every morning and/or lunch time. Very European atmosphere ads coziness to this place. In addition to great look, taste, they are very nice to their customers. Next time Im in St Ill be back here.

It was 4pm, and time for closing and some customers were still inside the place including me. This is when the staff started playing with music:- pause, really high and possibly full volume play, pause, again really high volume play, pause, play, again and again. The coffee did not taste good.

Good croissant breakfast sandwich, stayed for a couple hours nursing my coffee using the wifi, it was not busy and they didnt mind. Pleasant enough but a bit cold and drafty when the door opened. Booths away from the door were better. Great location across from inner harbor.

This cafe is great! They have delicious coffee and a great space to work with free wifi. Theres a handful of tables with outlets if you need them and outdoor seating if you want to enjoy the great baltimore weather. The manager was super friendly and treated me wonderfully!

So far been here twice love the truffle mocha! Love the breakfast options. Glad they have healthy options too. I needed to work also so the wifi helps. They have a few outlets that are kinda scattered around.
