I usually have an OK experience here. Wait is usually long but its a busy location. Ordered two drinks today and was given one. The baristas were backed up with drink orders so I waited a minute to ask where my other drink was (both were iced, should have been together). I said to one of the female baristas that I was missing a drink and told them what it was. She seemed to acknowledge me but then continued making other drinks. I waited another minute and asked again, where my other drink was. Still no confirmation, she seemed to think I was going to sit there all day. For the last time I said "I need my drink" and she finally asked the other barista to make it, at this point my one drink already made (a frappe) is melting. They make my iced green tea latte and dont mix it. So she slaps it on the bar and its legit matcha powder on the bottom with milk on top. I know that you SHAKE these drinks to mix them. Didnt bother, was clearly too busy to take care of a legitimate order that they missed. I got a refund. After all of that not even an apology from the baristas or anything. Dont mind waiting, cups go missing or get misplaced. I get it. When you screw up at least apologize and attend to the person as soon as you can.

About as poor service as Ive experienced! No wait to order, two orders were being fixed while I asked for a Americano (two shots of espresso topped with hot water) . I watched six new orders taken and three of them served! Asked after second one if they had mine. Was told "yours is there." Then watch them start the fourth while listening to them gripe about the cashier who left after taking my order! I told servers politely they were by far the worst Starbucks or any shop Id seen! Very little concern on their part!! I didnt want to disturb others around me so I just left. Management has a problem there!!

Usually I find any employees at Starbucks to be very courteous but today was NOT one of these days. I waited while everyone in front and behind me got served their drinks. I suspected that another girl had taken my drink but I just waited a bit more because I hadnt heard my name called out. When I finally went up to politely ask, the barista gave me a nasty attitude and rudely said that she was making mine right then. Come to find out it wasnt even the right name. Thanks Starbucks, I wasnt even rude or anything and got spoken to like I was the retard.

Not to bad place to get coffee but the line setup kind of sucks. Floors had a decent amount of trash Id expect from some disrespectful customers. Got a banana smoothie versus orange mango due to the large volume of people here ordering. Table and chair arangement could be improved so customers are not crowding and the line becomes a mass of people. I might avoid this place while they are busy just to avoid the mess and mix up in my order.

The service here is appalling. Not only was Amir rude and extremely disrespectful towards me and my boyfriend, but to everyone else in line. If I had not waited in line for so long I would have walked away. My order was wrong as well but rather than deal with the customer service again, I threw it out and walked out.

Terrible customer service. I order Starbucks regularly... a few times a week and I have never experienced this before. I believe his name is Amir... he is terrible. My daughter and I didnt even place our order. I refuse to spend money at a place like this.

11 am in the morning. Horrible experience. Long lines. Everything sold out. The cashiers were unfriendly and unprofessional. Ordered a venti iced macchiato. It was delivered with a massive amount of foam and only 2/3 drink.

I wish some other company would offer wifi, a place to sit and coffee, because Starbucks Coffee isnt anything to write home about, their people arent nice which is probably just from the quantity of rude customers, and its expensive

This location is good to pickup a drink on the go. The location is overly crowded and busy because its at the mall, not the best choice for phone conversations, business meetings or anything associated with work.
