Thank goodness for finding this place. New to the area and tried a few of the "hipster" looking espresso places in the Baltimore area without any luck -coffee was good but food was sad and/or not fresh and menu was really sparse. This place has a great selection of coffee in every form one would want it and a comprehensive breakfast to lunch menu with a few pastries in the case for good measure. I had an iced specialty coffee called the "Snickers". It didnt much taste like a snickers but it was a great coffee and wasnt cloyingly sweet like some chains which will remain nameless. My kids and I chose a tuna sandwich and a breakfast sandwich bagel. Both were a hit. My only setback is that for a coffee shop, its a bit more than I would like to spend on food.

I walk by this Shop everyday and today was the day I said lets try them out! My background is as a catering Chef and seen many different coffee shops all over the states.I do have to say the server was great and the Shop and atmosphere was wonderful but the 2 coffees my wife and I got were subpar they were cold and had next to no sweetness two them my wife had the snowangel and I had the cremebrulee hers wasnt sweat more foam and bitterness mine didnt taste like any cremebrulee it was cold and lacking the flavor of the coffee your board described on it all in all I tipped my server he was very polite but almost 10 for two cups of cold coffee not worth maybe in the future we will give another chance but it probably wont be as I hoped

I love this place, from the fact that is small and local, to the amazing variety of flavored coffee they have, or just from different regions... very good coffee. They also have an incredible selection of teas, the have 3 walls covered in little bags and boxes and tins of teas both of their own crafting and by brands from around the world. Also the pastries and specialty coffess they have are really good, they dont offer a very large selection of beverages, but what they have is really good. Do not miss it if you like either coffee or tea!

I just moved away and this place might be the thing I miss the most. I may have to start ordering online regularly. Their selection of coffee beans is unrivaled. If you cant find a coffee you love there, youre doing something wrong. Im quite partial to the Friendship blend when I want to have a coffee that I sweeten and add cream. I like the Ethiopian Harrar when I want a pure cup of coffee black. The frequent flyer card and free cup of coffee with every pound make it quite affordable and my favorite way to start a day of errands.

I actually came here to buy green coffee (I roast at home). However, of the few times that I have bought some coffee here, they were all great. Im not a fan of flavored-coffee whatsoever, however, their "Frostys favorite blend" during the holidays is my favorite there. Their coffee and prices meet and match up to competitors...however, I wish they offered more Fair-Trade coffee. But other than that, the baristas were nice and the coffee tasted great after brewing

Off the beaten path but only because its in the industrial park section of Timonium. They do sell their delicious coffee to other establishments so its local is by design. Enjoy your coffee, great coffee, in a space where your co coffee drinker isnt sitting on top of you reading your emails because theyre so close..hehe yes a lil jab to chain coffee houses!

Great ambiance and wide selection for coffee lovers. I however was disappointed by the beans I purchased there. Had 1/4 pound of whole bean Jamaica blue mountain at about $90/pound and the coffee already tasted bland and lacky of aroma. It is still distinguishable as blue mountain but definitely not the premium grade as implied by the price tag.

Probably the best place for coffee. They have the largest selection of the freshest roasted coffee in baltimore and the customer service is great!! They also have the biggest selection of Teas. I wish they had a retail locations in DC!! - coming from someone who worked here 7-8 years ago and still a loyal customer

I have been buying coffee and tea from then since before they moved to Timonium. This is the place if you want to explore various coffees and teas, and find several of each to become your staples. Work youway though all ofthe favors and unflavored coffees and find your favorite--if you can chose just one.

I go to Baltimore Coffee & Tea every couple of months to stock up on Ahmads Lemon & Lime Twist tea. I used to order it from their website, but now I live close enough to visit their store in Lutherville/Timonium. They sell brands you cant find elsewhere, so its worth going out of ones way.

I am a tea drinker and I really like coming here for there wide variety of loose and bagged teas. If you are a coffee drinker, they have roughly 20 bags of roasted coffee out that you can get freshly ground or whole. The store smells amazing. They sell some pretty good food as well.

Ive been to the one in Frederick, MD several times. The staff is really great, kind, smiles, and is helpful. Their products are great to and this is much better for those who dont like starbucks. Better environment, much less snobby, good prices, and just an awesome place.

Great assortment of coffees that you can take away whole or ground to order. Simple but tasty lunch and breakfast menu. If I had any complaint it would be that they never seem to open on time, they are always a few minutes late - which can make or break your morning commute.

I love Baltimore Coffee & Tea. Their selection of whole bean coffees is very broad, and Ive tried many varieties and enjoyed them all. The store has a wonderful, warm, welcoming air to it -- it always makes me want to stay. Wonderful place, definitely worth visiting.

Forget Starbucks. This is REALLY great coffee and the best selection of teas. My family and I have been going here for years. The muffins and cookies are amazing. The staff is wonderful - a number of which have been around for quite a while. Highly recommended.

Great food at reasonable prices and locally owned with friendly staff... why would you go to S-bucks? My only complaint is that I wish they would expand their hours on evenings and weekends because Id spend even more time there if they were open longer!

Wow! What a suprise, first time here and I was blown away. I came in with a weird request (best coffee to add to beer) and they took the time during a busy peak to make recommendations. Very helpful and wonderful people.

How hard is it to add a little life and community into your shops...how about some art? how about some live music? how about you pay your employees what they deserve and they might give a damn about their work
