The place is the least clean starbucks Ive visited. The staff were not very attentive, and didnt seem to know the menu items well. Two of the staff were just talking to each other while a large line built up. One of these employees kept taking out the trash and not cleaning his hands after, then preparing food and beverages. The just kept flirting with different customers and not actually helping all the customers. The only one doing their job, was a young woman, that was working while the men would just let her do most of the work.

So this is the BEST place in Maryland that makes the perfect frappuccino. I mean, secret menu or normal menu, they always ace it. The midnight mint mocha here is just an example. Other places would just dump all the whip cream on top like they couldnt care less. Last Christmas I also had the best Frappula with the raspberry sauce and all. God bless Calverton! These drinks are not cheap and lots of time we pay for the presentation too, Im happy that my money is worth it. Abundant parking too.

They are personable and friendly. There is one associate that has a photogenic memory. She remembers your name and your drink. Its awesome to get this service, especially when you deal with issues all day. It makes you feel like she cares.

Best location Ive been to thus far. I ordered toffee doddle cookies. When they warmed them the cookies fell apart. They gave me them plus 2 more. And my Carmel frappacunio was to live for.

The barista here is the worst coffee maker, he did not add sugar & creme to cold coffee even after 2-3 requests. He was busy flirting with customers.
