I walked in behind a couple. It took the young lady a couple mins to even come to the counter to get there order and acted like they were a complete inconvenience, with attitude the entire time. The people were friendly and courteous, a little slow to make up their minds, but friendly. While thats taking place I had an older lady start doing my order. She was friendly. We get to the register then the first couple is still trying to get theirs. The lady never said anything incredibly rude, but if your not happy then get another job. The same young lady was cashing out another customer after me and then she got an attitude because that customer asked for a bag to put her box in. I made a note of the young ladys name, is if they need to hire more folks and get rid of her id be happy to give her name.

I think they hired Mcdonalds rejects. They asked us 3 different times to pay, after we paid. Very unorganized. The iced coffee tasted like dirty tap water, probably from a very dirty ice machine which can grow lots of bacteria. I doubt the ice machine has been serviced since they opened. Doughnuts are probably good but I will never go back here to find out. Bottom line: Underpaid, untrained ignorant staff that they pay minimum wage too and definitely dirty ice machine.

Wish I could score lower than 1 star since boyfriends father wasnt impressed with "cappuccino". We ordered cappuccino but ended up with regular coffee. Both cashier and supervisor knew nothing about using the machine. Spoke to store manager and she said " I dont drink coffee. And as long the hopper is full of coffee beans we push a button." Side note cappuccino has nothing to do with the hopper. Will no longer come to this location.

The weekend drive through is horrible. We are in a hurry and we ask for assorted. She asks over and over again what types. Then I say whatever you want just no stuffed donuts. Three trips there and she cant figure out that she needs to simply grab the donuts and put them in the box. Also they cant seem to count. When ordering three dozen they get two. After for attempts of this location we will never go back.

It is open 24 hrs a day dinning room closes at 11 pm drive threw is open 24 hrs a day hot light is on from 6am to 11am then from 6 pm to 11 pm so it is the best time to go get a dozen glazed for 7.88 or if you are looking for something a little sweeter you can get an assorted dozen for 8.91 looking for a little less get a 10 count doughnut hole for .99 cent they also do a 24 count and a 48 count

Location, location, location. Why did they decide on this location? It is located between an exit ramp and traffic light. When you try to get into the parking lot, you have to squeeze in between cars that are trying to get on battlefield Blvd and those waiting at the traffic intersection. I was concerned that someone would hit me from behind (rear end collision). Donuts were good though.

Update April 27, Have returned to this store 5 times for cake donuts and it appears theyre not going to make them. Heres my tip for the day. Get yer ass in there and tell me if you still see the cake donuts that I had yesterday. If you see them ask them to dip them in hot chocolate like they did for me. Hot chocolate! Im afraid to go back and see that it was all just a dream. Sigh.

very good visit ... everything was so clean, even the restrooms ... staff were very friendly, helpful and patient with us in selecting our various doughnuts ... doughnuts were very fresh and the frozen lemonade was an added treat ... best Krispy Kreme Ive been to in years

I wish I could give a lower score. In an area so busy, it makes no sense to only serve "Hot Now" in time slots. Serve it all day. I live less than a mile away and have only been able to get them twice. The hot donuts is what makes money, which is why its visible.

Battlefield location Krispy Kreme doughnuts taste exactly how the old fashioned Krispy Kreme doughnuts Are supposed to taste... I Go in there every week.. Va Beach Krispy Kreme has been off my list for years. Definitely puts that location to shame.

Although were trying to not come here very often, the donuts are very good now we love the way the kids can see them being made inside the store. And we love the themes that they have a couple of times a year like dress like a pirate etc.

Spiffy new standalone Krispy Kreme is dangerous to the waistline and wallet. Bring the kids for cheap entertainment and just stand at the window and watch the parade of glazed power rings glide by on the sweet assembly line.

Thank goodness Krispy Kreme is back in town! I can not stand those dry so-called "cake doughnuts" that Dunkin sells. They are dry cakes with holes in them not doughnuts. The only REAL DOUGHNUT is a KRISPY KREME!!!

First time at the Battlefield blvd. Store . Looks super . Clean as a whistle , stocked to the max. And the nicest staff. Its been a couple years at a Duncan donuts . Ill be back.

Used to love this place. Until they started closing at 10pm. What a bummer. Looks like Dunkin Doughnuts wont have a hard time competing when their competitors doors are locked!

Krispy Kreme glazed doughnuts are superior to all other doughnuts. Line quickly gets very long in the mornings. Coffee is either great or mediocre depending on whos working.

Hot fresh glazed donuts and the other kinds are usually fresher than other places because they are made at this location. Friendly staff.

You cant beat the fresh hot glazed donuts! Dont worry about the calories, just enjoy the treat :) Plus clean bathrooms and free Wi-Fi.
