Great food and good service. Not much space to sit on inside as there are tons of people in there using the tables with their laptops to access the wifi. Outside seating area has lots of trash with trashcan overflowing and cigarette butts everywhere. Parking is a challenge with no dedicated area except what is available on the street which is very limited due to so many people on the inside who seem to have come to stay for the day. Need a bigger place with ample parking and better outside maintenance. Otherwise a good place!

Terrible customer service from a confused barista this morning. Her tone and overall demeanor was completely rude and uncalled for. She was upset after I fired back at her when two attempts to diffuse her failed. Iced coffees are not this serious, guys. Im embarrassed that I upset her, but I dont understand why she was so nasty in the first place. Good thing this is not my neighborhood Starbucks because I would have put in a complaint with corporate over the scene she caused.

Meh. The staff are very friendly & the space is very well organized, but their coffee is just average. Yes, its better than gas station coffee (but not Wawa), but is that really a high standard? There are other coffee shops within a stones throw of this location that have far better coffee.

Nope, been here a couple times. Coffee is always burnt. Espresso drinks taste...odd. Both times we had to have them remake the espresso drink and the second time around they were passable. Go anywhere but here, 7 11 is up the street and Fair trade is across the street.

This Starbucks is a bit smaller, but it has fast wifi (Google-powered) and great staff. The thing that makes this place stand out though is their sparkling clean bathrooms! The staff does an amazing job keeping this place a great studying environment!

You can say what you want about Starbucks coffee (I personally like it) but the crew at this store really make it great. Always friendly and cheerful. Parking is a bit of a challenge but usually you can find a space in the lot behind it.

I get my morning coffee here everyday and on the weekends my wife and I walk over to grab our coffee. Love the location and the great employees that make it feel like another part of our home in Ghent.

Great smoothie. Found a long strand of hair on straw and it got in my mouth. I approach woman and man at 2pm 9/23 and they were seemingly having personal, rather graphic gossip. Not recommended.

The tables are jammed together inside. The patio doesnt have enough tables or chairs. They do not stock enough yogurts (this is typical at most Starbucks). The staff is competent and friendly.

Since moving here several months ago, this has been my go to Starbucks. It is just the right size. It has a nice patio. The staff is super nice. I always get great customer service

Love this neighborhood Starbucks. Im sure its a pleasure if you lived nearby, can walk down and get a cup. Then walk back to your porch and enjoy. Great service.

Great Coffee. Always a newspaper to read while you enjoy your coffee. Coffee was hot and the bread i ordered was fresh. Worth a visit for sure.
