I had an odd exchange with an employee today. I was trying to find a particular hair dye for my mom. There were none on the shelf. I found an employee who was restocking shelves with product and asked if they had any more in the back because there were none on the shelf. She walked over to the shelf, sees the empty space and says "well it looks like were out". No kidding I could see that there were none on the shelf, thats why I asked. So, I asked her if there were any in the back because I saw that there were none on the floor. She says, "well the truck comes on Thursday, well probably have more then". I reiterated that I was asking if there were more in the stockroom because I conceived that it may have been possible for a customer to buy a couple of the remaining product (the shelf has room for maybe 3 - 4 boxes of hair dye) since it was on sale and it just hasnt been restocked yet. She again repeats "well the truck comes on Thursday" so I said thank you, I got it. She shrugs her shoulders as if she had no clue why I would ask such a question. Mind you, she never offered to check anywhere else. I was disgusted at this interchange and hope she doesnt represent all of the staff here.

The large 18-20 year old PHARMACY cashier is nasty to sick patients. She told me not to bother the pharmacist when I was trying to clarify something. She told me to Go sit down. I said Who do you think you are talking to? I said don"t treat me like you have some superiority over me. I told her that she should be fired for her behavior. I just had a 20 level spine surgery and was sick and in pain. I was walking around the.store crying. A female manager asked me what was wrong. I told her. She said that she would report it. The heavy nasty blond girl with the big bun on her head should be fired.

The staff is unwilling to help. Dont know if the staff is so unhelpful because corporate doesnt provide enough help or because they just dont want to work in a pharmacy. Customer service is not important to the staff that I dealt with tonight at the 24 Hour Walgreen in Levittown.

I called because one of my patients was having a problem and the young lady that picked up was nice, but the pharmacist that she transferred me over too was very rude, and did not help me at all. Someone needs to put this lady in check, please

Walgreens is the worst drugstore ever. They have no flu medication in stock during the flu season. I was forced to go to 3 different locations just to pick up Tamiflu and cough syrup!
