Great discount grocery store. I do about 75% of our monthly food shopping here. Organic produce and other items are offered. Specialty and seasonal items like gourmet cheeses are a plus. Wide aisles. Its clean. Cashiers are usually at front. This Aldi location is MUCH better than the 46th and Market location in terms of selection and over all shop shopping experience. Overall, you cant beat the prices at Aldi and the quality is pretty good. I do however avoid buying avocados and bananas from Aldi. At least 4 times Ive bought these fruits and either they never ripened or spoiled quickly.

Great place to get all your food basics at low prices. The produce section tends to be hit or miss (mostly miss from my experience), but everything else is usually good. Theres only be one cashier -- who may be away from the register when you roll up -- so be prepared to wait in a line if its busy. Be ready to fork over 10 cents per bag if you forget to bring your own. Also, the parking lot seems to be tighter than normal, so be careful when backing out of your spot!

Love love aldi. After a long bout with couponing failing me in the meats and produce section I stumbled upon aldi in West Philly. Dont be fooled, you wont be able to get everything item you can imagine, but with the right planning you can pull off a full weeks meals for a family of four at about 2/3rds what you would spend at giant or acme. All brands are store brand but they are topic quality. And their aldi finds are a highlight of my week.

As far as their produce they are really good! And their store is always clean and the staff is always pleasant. But and theres always a but they dont have enough staff on the floor if you need help and theres always one cashier available. Every once in a blue theyll have two. I guess people are hip to them by now and try not to crowed the store cause if you wanna be in and out it may not happen. But I give them a 4 out of 5 for effort

I like the store very clean neat. But they dont have a very big selection in the frozen section. I think they need to order more beef and turkey products always have everything in pork not good for shoppers who dont eat pork. They never have vegetarian beans always the pork kind smh the aldis at 46 and market is better than is better and actually the prices are a little lower.

The recent addition to Lansdowne has been a great relief to my bank account. Once you maneuver through the construction and traffic, the store has the great deals you would expect from other ALDI locations. The staff is friendly, the produce is great and at a better price then the larger grocery stores. I like the rotation of products and discounts that update routinely.

Prices are great, its in walking distance from my house, and I always seem to leave here with at least one block of interesting-sounding specialty cheese. I also really appreciate their selection of poultry sausage, and that they almost never come in pork casing. I took one star away for discontinuing the crema Mexicana.

Way under-staffed. Some weekends only two people are running the entire store; one cashier and one stock person. Checkout lines are horrendous at this Aldi. Theyre always sold out of many many products every time we go there. Dont want to waste my time coming here anymore for those reason.

I like Aldis but they are not consistent with what they keep in stock. You may find something that you really like and return to purchase it again and its no longer there. Overall, I come shop on a regular, but I still use the larger chain supermarket for a lot of other things.

Great place for affordable groceries. Lines can get long at some parts of the day, but they quickly bring on more staff. Bring a quarter to use a cart. Return the cart to retrieve your quarter. Bring your own reusable shopping bags or you can buy bags there. Ample parking.

Good selection, excellent prices. It took me a minute to get used to the layout and the no frills shopping, but once I realized how low that allows them to keep the prices, for items that are generally of a good quality, I was hooked. Lots of excellent deals!

Aldi is a great place to shop if youre on a budget. Bring your own bags and also bring a quarter to unlock a cart. This Aldi is generally clean, its good sized, has plenty of organic options, and the lines usually move fast.
