Purchased a swiffer on Jan11th used it once. Worked great. Tried to use 3 weeks later wouldnt release cleaning solvent. Replaced batteries, nothing. Went back to Dollar General in Gibbstown and the asm was told they couldnt do a thing via a phone call to the manager. I had my CC and the date of purchase, they couldnt (wouldnt ) look up my receipt. After I asked for the # for corporate and the DM, they offered to give me a gift card, I just wanted to swap with one that worked.... They were ok with that & suggested if this one didnt work I would have to contact the manufacturer . He explained their policy , as protecting against their high theft rate ...? I was stunned. What does a defective product have to do with store theft ? I will go to Walmart or Kmart next time... Great return policy and they stand behind their products.

My fave store of all!! Prices are good...have digital coupons on the app...they usually always have what I need and the employees are always friendly to me!

Not good. Half of the aisles were unaccessable due to large stock carts parked all the way down the aisle. Should be used to this problem but Im not.
