Hello, I was just in your shop and was ridiculed by whom I assume was your manager. I have to say, I have been an avid customer for over a year now and thought I would try my first time consigning to your shop. I was met with an angry tone, embarrassment in front of other customers, and a disrespect that caught me off-guard. I have spoken with someone on the phone around 11 this morning who said it was fine to bring my clothing at 3pm today. When I arrived, the manager accuse me of basically making it up! I never expected, as a regular customer, to be treated in such a distasteful manner. My items were not even seen, so you did not give me a chance to show that I had designer handbags to consign as well as other high end brand clothing. I assure you that I will not be visiting your establishment again and will be discouraging everyone I know from giving you business. Disgusted, A former customer

I LOVE this store. I have been going to this same store almost from the beginning. I love how you can find so many great clothes and in "new" condition. One thing about this store I like is that they do not take any clothing that is older than 3 years and nothing with tears, or stains on them. There are too many stores out there that will just take any clothes from trash bags or whatever and not even think twice about selling it again. I hate going to other consignment shops because that is alot of what you find. But here,if its quality you will find it! They are very busy in there but always put the customer first and have always done that in the years that I have been going. I love how spacious the store has become now and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere while shopping. Thank you for putting your customers first!

I recently took 40 plus items to the "brand name only" consignment store. They went through all of my stuff and kept 4 items. I looked through my boxes again and I had urban outfitters, american eagle, pac sun, and Buckle store brand clothes left. I also had Express clothing. All in great if not excellent shape. The woman said that the shorts were altered by us, and that the clothes did not have brand names. I guess she is not used to seeing cut off manufactured shorts. Also, i took them to a shop in Hershey. They took them all except a pair of shoes. Really. What a waste traveling to Landisville. Last time I checked... The above brands were brand names.

I have not had a good experience consigning at this location. My children wear top of the line clothing, and I wanted to consign some of it instead of just giving it away. Half of the stuff, she said she couldnt take because there were signs of wear and tear......excuse me? This is name brand clothing, and I keep them in immaculate shape. When I went and looked at some of the clothing on the rack, they had looked like they were stocking stuff from 10 years ago that was in awful shape. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place was amazing. I came in here not looking for much but I was blown away by the variety of the clothes they had!! Everything was in quality condition and the staff was really helpful when I needed to find stuff. My mom came in as well and really enjoyed her experience here, it was just an all-around great place. The owner, Jill, is a really nice lady and was really personable when I consigned my clothes. Ill be back!

I brought in a few items, and they bought some of them right there! Not as much with consignment, but worth not having to wait. I looked around, there was a huge selection. Disappointed that everything I liked wasnt my size, but oh well thats nobodys fault. I can always go back another day. There seemed to be a little bit of disorganization going on, but the brands are really good here.

I love this consignment shop! They always have new items coming in and they have brand name things. I do suggest consigning your clothes because you make more money that way. Also they do know what sells so if they don’t take some of your clothes it isn’t personal. The Wearhouse is professional and i think they truly care about their customers.

I thought this consignment shop was overpriced for what it was. And there were too many clothes crammed onto the racks so it was difficult to look through the clothes. The kids clothes and toys were especially overpriced. You can buy a lot of the stuff for the same price or less NEW at the outlet stores on sale. Not worth the trip.

I read the negative comments, so I was hesitant to go there. Having owned my own business for many years, I have to admit I was curious from a business point of view. When I walked in I was greeted by a very professional friendly young woman. I asked to speak to the owner. She was just as friendly and professional.

They owner really is rude. Often they will not take things that are in great shape and yet you will find them trying to sell stuff that looks like they picked it up at a thrift store. The store is okish, but the sevice could be much better.

I love shopping at this store. She is very friendly and only has name brand clothing. I have never found an item damaged yet. If you do she will take returns. Worth going to.
