Today was my first visit at this location. After overlooking this thrift store for years I finally decided to visit. The store is very neat and organized and doesnt carry that usual stuffy aroma that you find at other thrift stores. The prices might be a little higher than other thrift stores but the stuff youre getting is still at a bargain compared to retail. All and all it was a great trip and I wouldnt mind stopping back again.

Although prices of clothing are generally ok, other merchandise is often overpriced for a "thrift" store. Attitude of staff is very poor - They do not convey a positive attitude, but rather I really dont care about you or why you are here. They could definitely take lessons from other nearby thrift stores such as Goodwill Industries. I will continue to shop at CHKD-Western Branch Blvd., because it helps the kids!

I have been going to this thrift store for years and I almost always leave with a lot of clothes for a small price! A lot of the clothes Ive picked out have been as low as $1.99! I usually can leave the store with 5-6 pairs of jeans for under $10. Also this store is very well organized.

First visit and will not return. One rude and hateful employee is all it takes to ruin a first impression. Itd serve you well to teach customer service or better yet how to be polite.
