TODAY FRIDAY 5/13/16 I WENT TO VISIT THIS STORE FOR THE FIRST TIME. I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE. I WAS SHOPPING FOR A FAMILY OF FIRE VICTIMS. IN DOING SO I HAD A FULL CART AND HEAPING OF CLOTHING THAT WERE FOR THIS FAMILY. A CHURCH GAVE ME SOME COMMUNITY AID CARE CARDS (4) TO SHOP WITH ALSO. ON THE CARDS IT SAYS....... TERMS AND CONDITIONS.....THIS CARD MAY NOT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH. PLEASE PRESENT THIS CARD WHEN READY TO MAKE A PAYMENT. MERCHANT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN. PLEASE TREAT THIS CARD AS YOU WOULD CASH. $25 VALUE, NO DISCOUNTS/ PROMOS APPLY ONE TIME USE FOR CLOTHING AND SHOES ONLY. NOT VALID ON TUESDAYS OR WEDNESDAYS. OK IM FINE WITH THIS BECAUSE IM HELPING THIS FAMILY OUT (WHO LOST EVERYTHING IN THIS FIRE) I UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE COMPLETELY. SO I SPEND A LOT OF TIME LOOKING FOR THEIR SIZES AND PICKING OUT NICE ITEMS. I GET UP IN THE LANE AND IT TELLS YOU TO TAKE OFF YOUR OWN HANGERS..... ONCE AGAIN NO BIG DEAL. IT TAKES ME ANOTHER 1/2 HOUR. I GO TO THE CASH REGISTER AND TELL THEM AND SHOW THE CARDS TO THE CASHIER. SHE SAYS I NEVER SAW THESE LET ME TALK TO MY MANAGER. NO PROBLEM.....THE YOUNG SNOT NOSE MANAGER AHEAD OF THE CASHIERS COMES OVER AND SAYS I DONT KNOW IF I CAN ALLOW YOU TO USE 2 OR 4......I NEED TO FIND OUT. THIS IS NOW 3/4 OF THE WAY RINGING EVERYTHING UP. I SAID TO HER IF I CANT USE THEM THEN STOP RINGING. THE MANAGER IN A HIGH VOICE SAYS TO ME THAT I SHOULDNT COMPLAIN BECAUSE IM GETTING EVERYTHING FOR FREE!!!!! COULDNT BELIEVE SHE EVEN SAID THIS TO ME. 1. SHE DIDNT KNOW ME TO EVEN SAY THIS TO ME. 2. SHE DIDNT KNOW WHY I WAS EVEN THERE. 3. SHE TREATED ME SO DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 4. SHE ALSO REALLY EMBARRASSED ME THE WAY SHE ACTED AND LOUD. CUSTOMERS WERE IN THE NEXT AISLE LOOKING AT US TO SEE WHAT WAS HAPPENING. NOW BEING A OWNER OF MY OWN PLACE AND ALWAYS PUTTING OTHERS FIRST IF I WERE THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE SHE WOULDNT HAVE A JOB.!!!!! I HAVE GIVING THOUSANDS OF $$$$$$$$ TO THIS PLACE IN DONATIONS. WHICH REALLY MADE ME UPSET. I WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN. I ALSO HAD A LOT MORE ITEMS IN THIS CART THAT I WAS GOING TO PAY OUT OF POCKET. I ALSO PLANNED ON GOING IN THE SECOND TIME TO GET YET ANOTHER CART OF ITEMS THAT THIS FAMILY NEEDED. THEN THIS YOUNG PRISSY MANAGER PROCEEDS TO TELL ME THAT SHE DIDNT LIKE MY TONE BECAUSE I TOLD THE CASHIER TO STOP RINGING. THIS GIRL HAS MY CARDS THAT THE CHURCH GAVE IN HER HANDS AND MY VISA CARD...........SHE HELD ONTO THEM LIKE SHE WASNT GOING TO GIVE THEM BACK TO ME. I WOULD GIVE THIS STORE A NEGATIVE 10 BECAUSE OF THIS EXPERIENCE. IM THE TYPE OF CUSTOMER WHO KEEPS GOING BACK IF I LIKE THE PLACE. I WILL RECOMMEND A PLACE IF IT IS ENTITLED TO A GOOD RATING. WORD OF MOUTH MEANS EVERYTHING. THIS STORE LOST AT LEAST A $500.00 SALE TODAY BECAUSE OF HER. ALSO FUTURE DONATIONS AND FUTURE SHOPPING. AND BAD REPS BECAUSE OF THIS GIRL. YES MY TONE DID CHANGE HOWEVER SHE WAS THE ONE WHOM DIDNT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO ANOTHER HUMAN BEING. WHAT REALLY TOPPED THIS OFF IS WHEN SHE WAS GOING TO KEEP THE CARDS AND MY VISA CARD. RIGHT THEN AND THERE I SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE POLICE. SO BEWARE AND RETHINK ABOUT SHOPPING HERE........ PASS IT ON. IM ALSO GOING TO PLACE THIS ON TWITTER AND FACEBOOK FOR THE PUBLIC. IM ALSO MAKING A SIGN TO TELL ABOUT THIS IN MY PLACE OF BUSINESS. TELLING THE CHURCH ABOUT THIS AND ALSO THE COUNSEL OF CHURCHES AND ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN. BEWARE OF YOUR CARDS, MONEY..........SHE TRIED TO KEEP THEM. WHAT WAS SHE GOING TO DO WITH THEM??????? USE THEM HERSELF????? NEGATIVE 10.. I DID HAVE TO POST A STAR BECAUSE IT WOULDNT ALLOW ME TO POST THIS REVIEW. I WANT TO THANK YOU FOR HELPING THIS FAMILY !!!! P.S. IF YOUR NOT ALLOWED TO USE THESE CARDS WHY DOES COMMUNITY AID GIVE THESE OUT????? AND IF YOU CAN ONLY USE A CERTAIN NUMBER OF CARDS THEN IT SHOULD BE ON THE CARD ITSELF. ALSO YOUR MGR AND EMPLOYEES SHOULD KNOW HOW TO RING THE CARDS UP. IF THE CASHIER DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO THEN THE THE HEAD MGR SHOULD KNOW HER JOB!

Incredible selection of clothes for the family as well as household items of all kinds. I love the bright lighting, ample fitting rooms, wide aisles and plenty of checkouts. Also, women will find clothing sorted by color with most items tagged with the size! Slacks and jeans are sorted by color and by size. The proceeds benefit local non-profit organizations that make a difference in our community. Tuesday is senior day with the majority of items half price; Wednesday is family day. Check it out!

This is one of the biggest, cleanest thrift stores to which I ever been. They likely pump the scent of cleanser through the ventilation system... thats how clean it smells. The look is equally impressive... white-washed and well-lit, with everything well-organized (by color, etc.) Prices are reasonable for what one might consider an "upper-scale thrift store," should such a thing, other than a consignment shop, exist. I will definitely be checking out this store more often.

Hands down the best thrift in the area. Great prices (even better on Wednesday) not following the trend of other thrifts these days with ridiculous pricing. Choose these guys and the re-u-zit shops! Money actually goes to charitable causes. Protip though, bring headphones as the music they play is nausea inducing.

VERY large thrift store! The prices are great, and the selection of items is pretty diverse! I dont frequent thrift stores often, however this is one of my favorites. Their "dollar days" are worth the trip for sure! While you cant try anything on during those sales, its still worth it!

Tuesday is senior day, Wednesday is family day. Music gets annoying, especially because it seems loud. Prices are reasonable on discount days, more expensive than salvation army but less expensive than good will. I usually like the employees...

By far the largest selection of clothing for children and adults among all the thrift stores in the area. A nice selection of toys and stuffed animals for kids too. Not a whole lot in the electronics. Kind staff and good service. Thank you.

In way of thrift stores, this is the place to go in Lancaster County, its by far the largest. Though certain areas are sparse like cookware. Clothing is boundless, there will always be something to find here.

Best thrift store in Lancaster and the overwhelming majority of proceeds go directly to helping people. Great stuff, great prices, well lit and clean and the staff has always been very nice. Great place!

This is the cleanest thrift store in the area with the largest selection. It does have computer issue though as I have been there multiple times and the computer was down.
