My family lives in Toronto. Universal Cycles is in Lancaster, PA - roughly an 8 hour drive. Thats a LONG way to drive for a bike. But we did it, simply because Universal Cycle carries bikes that other stores DO NOT have. Specifically, a childs bike that is a FANTASTIC bike for little kids. Sure, we found it for slightly cheaper in Kansas City, but the service we got from that store (only online) was far from decent. So, on a recent trip from Toronto to Washington, DC, we stopped in at Universal Cycle and go the bike. It was a fantastic experience. My son LOVES the bike (it was even "giftwrapped" with a bow), and I can only thank Universal. I dont know how they source bikes and parts so quickly, but it really is amazing. The store is not a huge bike shop - its rather small. But they have this way of getting just about any part/bike, and that is beyond compare. I really wanted to give this store only 4 stars - simply because theyre so far away from Toronto. But thats not their fault! Thanks Brad and the crew at Universal in Lancaster!

This is a regional/national distribution center that happens to have a storefront. they have a huge selection of bike parts in the attached warehouse and can obtain other things very quickly from the nearby QBP distributor. Its not a traditional bike shop with complete bikes on display, but is likely to have high end parts available on site. I was able to pick up a couple things immediately that other shops dont keep in stock. The inventory is searchable on their website. They arent currently open on weekends.

Havent been to the store front but I bought from them years ago online. They have great prices and fast shipping. Would definitely recommend for bike parts and components.
