The older gentleman who runs or owns the store (unsure of which) is unbelievably rude and disrespectful. God forbid you have to pay with credit card, he loses his mind and gets pissed. Ive dealt with him before and his attitude but Im done going to this store. I recently purchased $7 worth of food and when I handed the gentleman my Discover card, he looked at it, shook his head, grunted and said, "paying with a f***ing credit card." Keep in mind he charges 20¢ extra to your total if you pay with credit and youre purchasing under $5 worth of stuff. I dont mind paying the extra money because I understand fees & such from credit card companies but Im over this gentlemans attitude. Its the 21st century, people use credit cards. Ive been a loyal customer to Tobacco Palace considering I work at the Park City Mall but I will not be going back anytime soon. Everyone else who works at the store is very pleasant & professional to deal with.

I went their one time to cash in a few loto tixkets and the man carded me, so i handed him my military id and he thought is was fake i told him my date of birth and he huffd. He proceeded to ring my tickets he huffd some more and with anger he said this one is a looser. He was a complet a$$!! A few day later i called the store asking if they sold stokers CHEWING tobacco she said we have the tubs i asked if they sold chew she yelled they are the same thing. RUDE

Good customer service. Great selection of cigars of all types. Prices are decent. Can get better deals online from Thompson cigar but this cuts out shipping and of course dont have to wait for shipping.
