I effing hate this store. There are MANY (several) rude and incompetent workers at this store-- both in the retail and pharmacy sections. I, literally have NOTHING good to say about the scum and morons who work at this sham establishment. Apparently, Rite-Aid does not care about its customers and is yet, again another place that employs the "it costs too much to fire" anyone policy, so we are all stuck with rude, moronic, incompetent "workers" because Rite Aid cant "afford" to fire the bad workers. Grow a pair AND DO IT ANYWAY RITE-AID HIGHER UPS!!!!!! YOUR COMPANY IS LITERALLY LOSING (profitable, big money $$) BUSINESS BECAUSE OF YOUR LOUSY EMPLOYEES!!!!!!! I will gladly take my business elsewhere and be happy I dont have to deal with the scum workers at this hell hole.

The store part is okay, clean and organized, the cashiers are friendly. I loved the convenience of the pharmacy drive-thru, however the service in the pharmacy section is poor. Long delays, jacked-up prices, staff "forgetting" to apply insurance to the total, etc. Also, with every prescription, they make you sign a slip where you have to check a box. Either "I have been counseled by the pharmacist on how to use this medication" (or similar) or "I decline to be counseled by the pharmacist." However they certainly never offer, and when I have asked about medications, they did not have answers. Some of the staff members have treated me like every question is a huge inconvenience.

Avoid this store at all costs. Staff goes out of their way to avoid customers and no matter when the prescription is dropped off, the pharmacist only starts to fill it when you come back to pick it up. It took them 3 days to fill an online order.

The store is clean and has lots to offer. The pharmacy has consistently given me poor service. No matter how long ago prescriptions were dropped off or called in its still a 30 minute wait when I arrive.
