Do not let Joe Amico be your sales person. He is very rude and acts like all customers are an annoyance. Such a bad attitude for someone who is trying to have people purchase furniture from him. He gives this store suve a bad name. I hope all of the sales people there arent this bad. I would like to buy furniture there, but everytime I go, he is always there to storm at me when i walk through the door. He treats my family like we are dirt and mean nothing to him if we are not going to buy something that day. Sorry if i have to get finances in order before making a big purchase. I didnt appreciate being yelled at and scolded when we said we wouldnt be buying furniture that day. I even told him that as soon as we walked into the door. Even another sales manager came by to check on us and asked if Joe was answering our questions and if he was in a good mood today. That sure did say a lot about him as a person. They should get rid of him from that store. I;d rather buy furniture somewhere else than risk seeing him again at that store. Id even rather drive to another store an hour away. The R&F management needs to realize the discomfort he causes their customers and ask Joe Amico to move on from this job. We left very dissatisfied and it is a shame for other customers that he pushes away since they do have some nice furniture...

We worked with Glen Andrews and picked out some furniture, wanted to do a 12 mth fiance. We left the store thinking everything was great until we get a call 2 days later that we had to change our financing to 6 mth and had to come in to the store to sign the paperwork. Ok great except we lived in Baltimore and had to travel from Baltimore to King of Prussia which was absolutely NOT going to happen during the week. We were told if we got there that Saturday by the end of the day there wouldnt be a problem. 2 days before we are told that we needed to be there by 1pm. Glen and the manager Max assured us that it wasnt time sensitive and that as long as we got there by 6pm there wouldnt be a problem. Mind you we are moving from Baltimore to a Philly - due to moving and traffic we get there at 4pm. They tell us there was nothing they could do. So not only did we waste time, energy, and gas but we were LIED to. I would never go there again and I would NEVER go to R&F again. It makes no sense why this offer would expire in the middle of the day and how nothing could be done 3 hours after 1pm. Glen and Max both lied to us. Go somewhere else!

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT TRUST THEM! Tried to accomplish the simple task of buying bedroom furniture for my sons new apartment which has turned into a never ending nightmare! We were told by David the salesman that the set was in stock. The day before delivery we were told that the dresser (of a 4 piece set) is out of stock for at least 2 more weeks. The platform bed gets delivered with the wrong set of supports that were knowingly put in the box to try and make it work because the correct set were not available. So the bed was also not able to be set up. So the only item that my son has is a nightstand. I was told the supports will come in the next day, only to be called and told they will also be coming in 2 weeks. In addition, David the salesman convinced me to order an online desk thru him so that it would be delivered with my other furniture and set up. He lied to get credit for the sale, and it is going to be delivered in a box just like any other online purchase. The company has no customer support and does not accommodate their customers in any way! Avoid this organization at all costs!!

This is my 3rd time at this location and it will be my last time. Every time I walk in I get greeted by a sales person which is fine to greet you and give you a brief overview. What I do not like is being stalked the whole time, there was not one time in the whole store that the sales rep who greeted us that time was not following us around within 10ft of us. About every eight minutes he would come up to us and state the same specials, are you okay, can you see everything okay, this is a lovely piece it fits you perfectly. It makes you feel very uncomfortable and pressured which I do not appreciate. For an experiment me and my girlfriend went up and down the escalator 5 times in a row, only stopping about 1 minute on each floor before we got back on. After the 5th he fell back a little bit. I understand they work on commission but it is still very unprofessional, and there is no privacy to talk or discuss you likes/dislikes.

Its an average furniture store. The sales people are somewhat predatory and will pounce on you as soon as you walk through the door. I mean this in all seriousness - they take turns standing directly in front of the door so you are forced to deal with them when you walk in. They have no prices on the furniture, and youll be quoted the "Special Sale Price" when you ask to have an item quoted. The "Special Sale Price" will be comparable or above what youd expect to pay anywhere else. Id tell you to avoid this place, but its endemic of the furniture sales industry. Their selection is decent and the styles are nice, so they get two stars instead of one.

The Platinum Protection Plan is a scam!!!!! It’s supposed to cover unlimited occurrences for rips, tears, stains, and burns as described by my salesperson. I had to use the plan one time and the Platinum Protection Plan is now void! Also, the condescending customer service representative told me that they don’t have my couch in stock so I either have to get furniture that doesn’t match or pay for a restocking fee!! I highly suggest staying away from this store and especially this plan. It is a “Gotchya” Insurance plan!!!

My experience at Raymour & Flanigan will be one I will remember for a long time. I feel as if I had made a purchase that will last me a life time. Newt our salesman got us the best deal, and taught us and explained every little detail when it came to shopping for the best furniture. Not only does he go into explaining, but he will throw the product on the ground to demonstrate how well its built! I definitely recommend coming to this store, and if you do ask for Newt. - Scott B.

I had been looking for a California king bedroom set for over a year I originally was working with another sales person but then I met Kathleen and she was awesome all in all I got a great deal on a full bedroom set very unique high-quality set and then I found a sofa I love this well spent total of $5,500 in the store that day and feel confident that should any problems arise Raymour and Flanigan will be there at my side working with me to get it resolved
