PATHETIC !!! Follow up from my previous post. They finally swapped out my furniture after waiting about a month. The furniture arrived today and the couch is damaged! I am so disgusted with this place. They do not deserve any stars. I called the store in Bethlehem and spoke with a guy by the name of Joe. I told him that the new furniture that was just delivered is also damaged and that I need a refund or something. He told me how sorry he was and then when i said sorry Just doesnt cut it, he hung up on me! I called back and left a message for "The Boss" Ray in the Bethlehem store and of course he did not answer. I called back a little later and still no answer and now his mailbox is full, I wonder why? Will be back on here to give another update. This place is pathetic! *** Update. Today is Sat 4/22. I went into the store two days ago in tears. I spoke with a manager by the name of Mark. He was nice and very apologetic. I had explained the situation and he was willing to do another exchange and credit me $100 for the two days I missed from work, which that doesnt even compare but anyway, Mark said they could redeliver my couch and gave me his word that they (delivery company) would also take my exchanged bedroom set out of the cartons since i had paid one of the drivers to do it initially. Mark said that the delivery company would call the night before with a time frame. Im thinking great! At least I wont miss another day from work, I mean it sucks to stay home on a Saturday on your day off but what can i do? Sure enough the delivery company called and gave me a time window between 1:30 to 4:30 pm. The time now is 5:20 pm and as of now they have not showed. I called the delivery company more than a few times and it just goes to voicemail. I then called the store itself and spoke to another manager. He said he has a hard time reaching the drivers as well, but he would do his best in trying to contact them! I am Still waiting for a call back. Im pulling my hair out! I am not just upset now, i am outraged !!! Im back again. Today is Monday May 1st. Last Saturday they showed up with my new couch AGAIN. The drivers didnt even bother taking the couch off the truck. They came to me and said this couch is also damaged. I couldnt make this up even if i tried! Words can not even describe how I felt and Im sure anyone could just imagine. One of the drivers suggested that i use Gorilla glue to fix the tear in the new couch, are you friggin kidding me? On top of this they told me that it is not their responsibility to take the furniture out of cartons and that they only drop and go. So here again i still had my damaged couch and a bedroom set i could not use. I then called Mark again. He apologized and said he didnt know what to tell me only that he would send out another couch and credit me another $100. He also said that he would have a different delivery company come this time and they would most definitely take my bedroom furniture out of the cartons. This past Saturday came April 30th. The drivers arrived with my "new" couch in the back of a pick up truck. The couch was perfect! I was so happy. They then started to take my bedroom set out of the cartons and take a guess?? My bedroom set, every piece was damaged, meaning scratched and chipped. I am really at my witts end with this company. I think everyone should have a right to know from other customers before considering buying from this company. This is the 5th time now that i would have to do an exchange. I spoke with someone from corporate today and he said the best they can do is swap out my furniture again but I am welcomed back into the store to inspect it before its delivered again. He then went on to say that they have been more than fair with me because really after 30 days they are not obligated to even do an exchange. Oh excuse me? Youre telling me that you are doing ME a favor? Like i said before this place is pathetic! Oh and still no refund check. Next step will be to contact the BBB and the local Attorney Generals office to fill out a complaint.

Horrible. If I could give no stars I would. My parents bought a couch on a Saturday, paid for it and scheduled delivery date and time. Got a phone call on Monday that they sold the couch Sunday because their employees cant put the proper information in the computer and dont put purchased products in a different room so customers cant rip the sold sign off. I called to talk to a manager and there was none on duty, so I talked to an associate, he was more apologetic than the actual manager however, he had put in the computer that they would only compensate 100 dollars OVER the price of the couch. My parents went today to look for another couch, the couch they wanted was 150 dollars OVER the original price of the couch they originally purchased (or so they thought but their money was taken) the manager on duty would NOT accommodate them the extra 50 dollars towards the couch for their screw up. Also the sales man they had today found their information in the computer, so how was the couch sold from under them? Now, the manager when I called, told me it was OUR responsibility to pay the extra 50 because they would only accommodate the 100. How is that OUR responsibility? We bought they couch, they sold OUR property and my parents put the couch out t0 the garbage so they could get their new one, Easter is Sunday and we are without a couch. I dont understand how its okay for unclaimed freight to sell our property and then tell us WE are responsible to pay the extra 50. I do NOT recommend this place, at all. Do yourself the favor and spend the extra money and go somewhere else. If my family could of afforded the extra 50 or more we would of went somewhere else to begin with. Poor service and customer service and poor manager and employee training.

If we are just talking about furniture.. its cheaper than most places, but so is the quality. You get what you pay for. When it was all said and done I got the same price here that I did at Ashley and Ashley obviously has better quality. Now onto customer service. HORRIBLE! Girl at the front desk relaxing, as im trying to get information about basically a whole apartments worth of furniture. Her attitude sucked. Then im walking around looking for about an hour, not ONE person asked if I was finding everything okay. One employee even was eating on the floor and almost walked right into me and just kept walking. Finally came back to check on something and had someone help me. Again crappy attitude and i asked just out of curiousity if they work on price if you are buying alot of furniture and got a nice little lecture on how he worked at all the furniture stores, this is the cheapest, liquidation BLAH BLAH BLAH! I think that made him mad.. OH WELL ITS YOUR JOB!!! Long story short if you have kids and pets or just want some furniture to get you by, then go here but if you want quality and GOOD customer service, go somewhere else.
