We have just made our fourth purchase through H. M. and were not happy with the choice of bed we made. Prior to us making the purchase, Christy spent good time with us reviewing all the pros and cons of several beds, warranties comfort levels etc, but WE decided to try the newest design in beds and went with the Comfort IQ 180 Luxury Firm. The thirty day love it guarantee that H.M offers is a blessing, but what moved us to purchase the comfort IQ was the companys 120 day love it guarantee and the 25 year warranty. We spent two weeks on the mattress giving it a chance and allowing our bodies to get used to the new sleep, but the Comfort IQ was not the right be for us, too firm. Brook ( the owner ) came out to the house to see what our complaints were with the bed then decided that we should go back to his store and spend some time with him going over different bed styles. We did so and after about an hour and half with Christy and Brook guiding us and making us think and feel what we liked and disliked, we chose our new bed. Where else can you get such great service, where both the owner and his employees care so much? You cant get that type of service on line, so dont even compare prices, thats not fair. When you buy a bed from Brook you buy his companys service as well. Time well spent and service that is well given. As I stated earlier, this is our fourth mattress purchase for our family and we send everyone that we know to Brook and his team. Lesson learned...
