After reading reviews of all the other furniture stores in the area, we were torn. We were ready for a problematic experience anywhere we were to go. Raymore and Flanagan was anything but problematic. We had an awesome and hassle free expierence. LINDA was GREAT. You could tell she had been doing her job for a while. She was there to guide us and give us pointers and knew when to walk away from us for a little so we could discuss amongst ourselves. She lead us to the perfect piece we had been looking for! She even gave us some stellar ideas in regards to decorating! Not overbearing at all, like some of the other salespeople we encountered at other stores. She set up delivery for us and we recieved our furniture in 2 days! They delivered right on time and the movers were also great! Overall wonderful experience and highly recommend checking it out!

This place and every other Raymour & Flannigans are grateful service and customer care. However the product that they sell is not what you get. Check all the parts of your furniture that you order. I Had received damaged chair for my dining table and damaged coffee table. They are scamming people by charging full price on broken and repaired furnitures. Be very suspicious of the items they deliver to your door, because they can be that they are not what you paid for until years later. Thats how they are making money.

The sales associate did not hover and checked in as we made our way through the store. He also made the extra effort to engage our 3 year old and gave him a balloon to play with. The sales floor was set up beatifully and easy to navigate while exploring all the options they have available. We cannot wait to move and furnish our new home with the assistance of Raymour & Flanigan!

5:00pm and the window for delivery will end at 5:30pm..spent my entire day at home even though our delivery window was from 2:30pm-5:30pm..no phone call as promised within 30 minutes of their arrival which makes be believe we wont be seeing our furniture delivered today as promised. Very disappointing!
