Over priced to ship anything and employees do not know how to pack things efficiently. While on a business trip, I brought a home theater system with the intention of to shipping it back home to Colorado. First, the FedEx employee picked too large of box and overfilled it with packaging paper. Next, she told me that everything would not fit in the aforementioned box and said that another box would be required. I placed everything in the box with plenty of extra space for more packaging paper to prove a point. The total cost was over $120! I did not ship it, but had to pay $30 for the unnecessary over packing packaging job. Later that day, I picked up a FREE box at Walmart 1/3 the size and transferred all of the bubble wrapped equipment and speakers. I threw away the FedEx box and a ton of packaging paper and took the package to the US Post Office, located in nearly the same parking lot. Shipping at USPS was only $34. For the stint while I was at FedEx, I felt like company did not have competitive prices and the employees lacked competence. Go to the post office down the road!

On two seperate occasions the staff at this facility were very rude and abrassive towards me for making simple request. They are very unprofessional and not worth the hassle. The people that work their have very bad attitudes. A competitor needs to show up and take them out of business. If you cant treat people right, you dont deserve peoples money. I will never go here again. Not even for a paperclip. They are a joke. Dont waste your money. There are other places for printing and shipping in the area. Drive by these clowns. They dont deserve your money.

I came from Phoenixville to get images printed for my work.Only to be told they couldnt size it to a 4x6 image to copy, That I would have to pay extra as well as come back another day. I wont be going back.
