Looking for a knowledgeable printer repair company? Me too and I found Laser Wizard... I had a printer jam sooooooo bad that it needed to be taken apart. After hours on the phone with HP morons explaining that I need someone to physically repair this. They insisted that if I pluged the printer directly into the wall it will repair the jam, I finally disconnected the call and began my search. I called the geeks and of course they dont repair nor recommend a local service. After numerous calls I called and spoke with Jeff at Laservice Wizard. He explained the process and I brought my printer to him in the late afternoon. The next morning I received a call that the printer is ready for pickup. I will definitely use again and they will be my first call if my printer needs repair.

I have used Laser Wizard for years and Jeff has always come through for me. I would highly recommend him for anyone for laser toner or any printer problems. I came to him with a strange message on my HP 2200 as I was just on the verge of buying a new one. Jeff suggested I change cartridges (even though the message didnt say so) and voila, it works. He saved me the cost of a new printer. Unlike the big box stores, He REALLY knows what he is doing.
