The selection is good, and the prices are usually fair for games over a year old- they take longer to come down compared to eBay. What annoys me to no end though is how they cant read their customers. Some people that come in know exactly what they want, and just want to be in and out. Gamestop loves to double the time you spend in their store by constantly asking you if you want to buy warranties, more accessories, more games, ask you if youre aware that some game is coming out and if you want to pre-order it, become a pro member, remind you that some game is worth x dollars now if youll trade it in. It comes across as desperate for your business, and sometimes cocky depending on the worker (I know more than you because I work at Gamestop). Dont they realize most gamers will likely be using websites, Gamestops own magazine Game Informer, or forums to get gaming news? I will say a couple times Ive had some good conversations with employees about upcoming games, but usually I feel talked down to and begged at for my money.

Let me just say I love Gamestop and I have been a pro member for quite some time now but i am very disappointed in this store location.I went to this location today to trade in my extra Xbox controller. I went today because I saw in the gameinformer magazine that it was the first day(8/17) that you could get $35 in trade for it so i went over there to trade it in and they wouldnt give me $35 for it they only give me $25 for it, the staff member said that he didnt know about the promotion.The sad part is that this guy was the manager! I dont know much about business but i would think the manager would know the deals and the store didnt have the latest issue to their own magazine as well so im very disappointed as a consumer about the service at this Gamestop location.

Sometimes the lines can get long and the service isnt there to help, but they have always carried what I have asked for and they have a large variety of games. Very friendly.
