Awful service with delivery and if anything should go wrong, good luck! Took us over a week to get a replacement refrigerator after the cord to the original had been damaged during delivery. The manager however, was very accommodating and we ended up getting an even better deal than originally. It was almost worth the extra hassle.

horrible customer service, horrible experience from everyone on the phone. we got a dryer that did not work, returned it and it has now been 10 days and i have not seen my refund. when i call they pass me around to 5 different people and then say they cannot help me. horrible experience. never using best buy again

If youre looking for a washer dryer or kitchen appliances then this is a great place for scratch and dent. TV open box too maybe but not for smaller electronics.
