Bay city tattoo company is currently my shop of choice. The environment is clean and inviting, and the artist, Eli, is an amazing man and artist. In March I went to Erie looking to get a simple wrist piece. I stopped at another shop where I was treated very rudely and given an outrageous price for my tattoo because it was a difficult piece. I decided to stop in at Bay city and check it out. When I showed Eli what I wanted he admitted it would be difficult but charged me the minimum price of $50 instead of the $115 estimate I was given at the other shop. I decided over the summer to get a large back piece done, a barred owl across both of my shoulders, a tattoo I had been waiting on for years. I knew exactly who I wanted to help me make it happen. I emailed Eli about my ideas and he got back to me quickly with great suggestions and we set up an appointment. He made sure he knew exactly what I wanted and worked hard to fit me and body. I felt safe and respected while I visited his shop, and when I returned for my 5 hours of willing torture he made the experience one I will never forget. He talked me through the hard moments and played great tunes to keep me distracted. I could have cried when I saw the beautiful work hed graced my back with. This was a tattoo of a life time and he made it possible. If you want QUALITY and TRUE ARTISTRY, visit bay city. You wont be disappointed.

Home Away From Home We were coming from Jacksonville, FL to visit some family in Erie, PA and they recommended a place that I could get a really good cover up tattoo. I was wanting to get something fixed and start the process of getting my sleeve done. I read all the reviews from the shop and was eager to start. Eli and his wife Annette were awesome and made the whole experience great. Not only were they great but the shop was like nothing Ive ever seen before. There was all kinds of cool stuff to look at and purchase. Lingerie, jewelry, clothing, collectibles, tattoo guns and more. He was even talking about doing air brushing. Anyway we sat down and talked about what I wanted in my tattoo and he showed me ways that he could not only cover up the existing tattoo, but improve it. He gave me ideas on what would look good, and explained on why other things wouldnt. Very professional and never forced anything on me. This tattoo took hours to complete and we talked the whole time. Im telling you I have over 20 tattoos and Ive never been this comfortable with an artists at any shop. before. Overall it was a great experience and I will be returning here next time I"m in Erie!!!! A++++++++

I came yo Erie from Missouri to visit my lady Im going through a tuff time the son I raised for 8 years turns out isnt my biological son his mom is an evil demon so I wanted to a portrait done of him I picked a picture I took when me and my son won first place in a baseball tournament eli captured the picture of my son perfectly and did such an amazing job what can I say or do to thank Eli and bay city tattoo Eli thank you so much I dont have words to express how thankful iam you nailed it bro and I thank you from the bottom of my heart I will always come to bay city Eli and his wife are great people and Eli is a true master at his craft I recommend bay city tattoo Id give 100 stars if I could

First Tattoo and I absolutely love it he did an amazing job, bay city was the first Tattoo shop I considered.I had herd of a couple good shops but it wasnt all good, I actually went to "No Regrets" they where good artist but there personalities sucked and they where dick heads and not professional.my girlfriend got her first tattoo there and she says the lettering is way too small, she doesnt even like to show it, so Id have to say she definitely Regrets it. Eli is a really great artist he has a light hand and pretty fast.Id definitely recommend going here,I cant wait to go back for more.

My very first impression was this is a very clean atmosphere, each room I went into was very organized, and professional. My second thought was how nice it was to be greeted when we walked in, we felt very welcome. My husband and I were given step by step guide to what we can have done and felt very comfortable with everything. We both were in awe of the talent that clearly showed in every detail of the artists work that can be done their. We definitely will be happy clients for all our heart felt art tattoos. Bay City tattoo is highly recommend by us!

Ive been coming to Bay City Tattoo for over 10 years, Ive gotten ever single tattoo from this establishment and have never been unsatisfied except for 1 time when I didnt get my Ink touched up by the Artist who did it but he is no longer their. I just got a Unicorn piece on my upper right thigh by Eli and Im super happy...I named her Lillianna because of the Lilly choker thats around the Unicorns neck. Lol...Lets just say its my thing (Chokers) anyways thanks again Eli your the best! Be back soon to get my Stars touched up on my wrist. ❤

I had a wonderful experience. Eli is an amazing artist and his wife, Annette, is equally amazing. I was treated like family instead of another paycheckof and Eli was very friendly and funny. He talked with me and always checked in on how I was feeling. He acknowledged the meaning behind my idea and was excited to work with me on the piece. Eli was a very hospitable and kind person that has a lot of experience and is a great tattoo artist. This was my second tattoo ever and he word with me till i was completely satisfied with what i was getting and it came out perfect. I am really happy i went to him and i recommend him highly. Good art is important, and good prices are important, but a good experience is just as important...if not more so. Annette and Eli made me feel welcome and at home as soon as I walked in the door. Eli talked with me about what I wanted, worked with me until I was satisfied, listened to me and my story of the very emotional meaning behind my tattoo. I got a great piece of art at a great price, and I had an EXCEPTIONAL experience. Ive never been happier and I will definitely be back. 10/10

Eli is a fantastic artist! Ive been to Bay City Tattoo Co multiple times and every single time its an authentic & classic tattoo experience. The work hes done on me is clean and unique. Eli is an experienced and versatile artist that will go over the top to make his customers happy. The shop is cool as hell, its clean, and all his equipment is sterile. Lastly, Eli and his wife are just genuine and positive people!! Nothing but good vibes and will definitely be back again soon!
