I have tried to get my prescription filled here 5 separate occasions. I have been on the same pain medication since 2011 after have four of the vertebrae in my neck replaced and every time they act like Im some sort of junkie. The staff is rude and Ive called their corporate offices a couple times. I had one pharmacy tech tell me there was a list you had to be on to get pain meds filled. Their Pharmacy manager called to verity my prescription on speakerphone (violating HIPPA and my privacy). Never again and if I find out I can do something about their manager verifying my prescription on speakerphone with a line of customers listening to what prescriptions I get. I hope I find out that something can be done about that because I will be taking the full course of action.

Horrible customer service. On any given day you can go to the pharmacy and wait 15 -30 mins to pick up a prescription that is ready. The staff stands around and talks when there is a line waiting. There is no cross training only one or two cashiers in the pharmacy and there can be a line and no one will help because it is not there area. I waited 10 mins in the consultation window and there were 3 employees standing there talking and no one help us. So we left and went to Royers were they have customer service.

All the negative comments on here speak for itself, this place has some of the most nasty people you could ever meet working in their pharmacy, some of them cant even say how can I help you without sounding like they are disgusted just by you being there. I been putting up with their crap for many years thinking it will change, no such luck, now its time to move on to a different pharmacy that has decent human beings working in it.

So Im in at 1030 this morning, without saying anything, i am told my script will be ready in an hour. I tell them Ill be back in a few, after work. Here it is 430,been here since 410, and Im still waiting on a script that was supposed to be ready at 1130. Hmmm.....perhaps in the idiot for continuing to give them my business? Or maybe they ate for constantly having negative reviews and apparently doing nothing about it?

Pharmacist was rude, didnt answer my questions about my medication and really didnt seem to care about anything to do with her job. I also witnessed some of them gossiping about certain people who fill their medication there, which I am pretty sure violates the law. Worse CVS I have ever been to. Do not plan on going back to fill my prescriptions.

Terrible service. I stoped off my prescription and was told it would be ready come back in an hour. I came back 3 hours later and my prescription was still not done. Staff advised me that I should wait in the parking lot another 45 minutes for them to get it ready. Always some type of issue when I go here.

Weve had poor experiences with the pharmacy enough times that weve moved on to a smaller, local business. The staff has always been friendly and I know theyre trying (pharmacy, yes - front of store, not so sure) but theyre simply too inundated to keep a majority of people happy.

Absolute worst service ever. 3rd time visiting this same cvs for the same prescription. When "Dylan" assured me it would be taken care of. No compassion from the workers. Horrible horrible pharmacy.

Normally a good experience. Three stars because some of the staff come across as a little rude to me. I think its because the pharmacy team is a bit overworked.
