Stopped here to pick up my daughters prescription. I called ahead to make sure the prescription crossed into their system and, two hours later, they still managed to screw it up and I had to wait. When asked why it wasnt ready after theyd had the prescription for over two hours, the guy behind the counter said, "well we have another twenty minutes." What does that even mean. Not only did they not have the prescription, but they make excuses. CVS in general are pretty bad but this one is worse than usual. Find another pharmacy.

I stopped shopping this store because of the unprofessional attitude of the store staff. Seems to be the norm for CVS these days but this store in particular. Maybe a new manager is needed to get staff to be polite and stand around instead of running up long checkout lines. Very disappointed in Lititz.
