I was forced to switch from CVS to another pharmacy due to having Tricare. For whatever reason, the walgreens in my area and especially this one are completely unable to provide the full prescription. Everytime I have gone in to fill all of my medications, I am told they cannot fill this med and do not know when they will have it (It is a very common medication), I am told they can partial fill this other prescription which I say is fine. Then I get home and find out that another medication has been partially filled but they cant really see that it was partially filled. So I can go in tomorrow and pick up the rest. If Walgreens was unable to provide the service to everybody who has tricare in such a dense military population, they never should have taken that contract. I was FAR happier at CVS, where at least I knew they would have what I needed.

Rude! Went to drop off a precription for my niece that is from out of town. Lady at the drive thru literally screamed at us and coped a major tude. Told her to give me precription back and drove off! You would think walgreens would have a zero tolerence policy regarding employees bring rude to their customers. Evidently, the management at this walgreens dont care or are clueless. Well I never, ever will come back again. Went to CVS down the street: which by the way, is 24 hours too and recieved excellent service. Save your time go to CVS instead.

Describe my experience...HORRIBLE! The pharmacy is inept. They would rather converse with each other than take care of customers. For a simple RX it took over a day and a half because they reconstituted the wrong strength and dont carry more than one on hand. Im stuck with Walgreens and it sucks! My experience, like this one, has been similar at the rest of them in VA Beach

Waited a long time in the pharmacy drive thru line to be told I needed to come in and sign for my meds. Once I came in, she yelled the name of my meds across the lobby and sold them to me without a signature. It was wmbarrassing, inconvienance at and they lack privacy. Ill never go back.

This is the first I called to a Walgreens and person at the pharmacy told me to hang on to my prescription number because next time it wont ring back to him. Jerk...really...it is not my fault that he is so busy...maybe he needs to realize there is some type of security in his job.

This Walgreens is great as long as there arent many people in the store..their check out can be so slow at times depending on the clerk. the young black man that works there is very personable and funny. All in all it is just a Walgreens.

Customer service at the pharmacy was terrible. Couple women there treated me like I was just another "thing" to want their service. I asked for my prescription back and went to another pharmacy.
