I only gave them a star because I had to. Rite Aid is not my pharmacy of choice. For the Siple fact everytime I try and get a prescription filled there is a problem. Todays visit was no different. I drop off my prescriptions clerk says 30 min wait. After sitting for 20 minutes she tells me they dont have one of the medications. After 10 more minutes pass she says she a has another problem submitting my prescription to the insurance. Needless to say after sitting there for an hour and a half. Out of 3 prescriptions I left with one. Which if I was notified of the situation in the beginning I will would have went to CVS.

I used to love this Rite Aid and would come often for all my last minute needs and most of my vaccinations. However, today the manager on duty was allowing a homeless man who reeked of alcohol and cigarettes to go around the store begging for money from the customers. There was a multitude of things the manager could have done otherwise to help this man but instead he allowed him to harass customers and myself-when I was there to buy medicine and diapers for my sick infant who was with me at the time. I wont be returning to this location and I advise others to stay away.

I shop at this Rite Aid all of the time. When you come in the store looks more bigger inside than it did along time ago. They offer more groceries than they did before. They offer seasonal items.
