The review is solely for the Totally Pagoda next to Littman Jewelers. The place is a joke and the people trained to ear pierce need more training then you think though they claim they are licensed to do ear piercing. They messed up my 5 year old daughters one ear while piercing and leave aside an apology wont even refund (within 10 days) the extra set of earrings that we bought which were never used. My poor little girl was so traumatized with this experience she wont even let us take the earring off from the ear that was fortunately or I should rather say by fluke pierced correctly. Please invest and spend your money at a more reputable store.

Overall, the mall is a nice facility, though lacking in the selection of stores available. Its been this way for quite some time, and the mall has slowly been dying as a hangout spot for local kids and adults alike. However, with the addition of the new VRCafe in the mall, business has been going back up lately, and it has seemed to become more lively since the addition of this store. Its a staple thats keeping the mall afloat right now, and the staff there is wonderful.

Nice mall. Has the stores Im interested in. Though like most malls is inundated with cell phone stores and kiosks. The FYE is a nice store. It has a Spensers, Boscovs, Bon-Ton, Bath & Body Works, Victoria Secret, The VR Bar, Footlocker and several other stores. The mall is clean and easy to manuveur. Weekends has it fair share of kids and teenagers. One of the nicer malls in the area.

Funny how I hear stories of this mall being great. There are more empty stores then occupied. There is 2 food places... a over priced pizza place and a subway, 3 jewelry stores, phone companies and some clothing stores. You could honestly see everything this mall has to offer in under 20 mins. Waste of space...get some stores and then well call this a mall.

They have the bare minimum requirements to be considered a mall. Boscovs and Bon Ton are weak department stores and the food courts are lame and over priced. It has more closed store spots then opened and on the weekend there are NO people there shopping. I would drive the extra 30 mins to get to the Lehigh Valley Mall for the added benefits

Mall is almost irrelevant unfortunately. It seems you go to this mall for two reasons....cell phone carrier (sprint/vzw/att/tmobile) or jewelry (littmans, freemans, piercing pagoda). This mall was recently purchased and changes are apparently in store, but until they are in full affect...not much here.

This mall is never over crowded. The staff is courteous and kind but not over bearing. They give you a chance to look around before they ask to do you need help. I love that. If you go to a resturant you cant place an order if you dont know whats on the menu right? Same rules apply fir a store.

Very limited store options . However , restrooms are always clean. The stores that they do have are decent and occasionally they have artwork from the local schools displayed. They do have a new store called Jimmy Jazz that features alot of latest trend clothing for a good price .

Was a nice mall back in the day, but the undesirable clientele flooding Easton flooding the area have made all the good stores flee, the mall is dead besides a few stores,JCpenny is the only remaining "big" store, now its not a safe place to bring a family.

Decent mall. It doesnt have a lot but it does have a pet store with puppies. And lets be honest, thats pretty much the only reason to go to this mall. Unless you wanna buy clothes... But be real. You wanna go to look at and pet puppies

Another dying mall. I used to love this place as a teen. As an adult, it is not as exciting. It seems like every good store that opens (good is relative to the individual, of course) seems to close in a year or two. Clean facility.

Like other small malls, it has a couple big box stores, a few food places, jewelry, pet store, cell phone stores. Not too many options, but if you want to shop without feeling like the place is over crowded it is very nice.

Even though it is considered a small mall, it has a lot of shops that you can find bargain buys. Only drawback is, if you go to the bigger stores, (Boscov, Bon-Ton) its difficult to find a cashier at the register.

Not a whole lot to do here but its the only Mall around with a Virtual Reality Cafe, thats for sure. Also, Its never very busy which is nice n quiet compared to the hustle n bustle of Lehigh Valley mall.

This mall is pretty awful, hence why no stores can stay in business there longer than 6 months. Was great in the 90s when expectations were a bit lower but it has a lot to be desired for 2015

Its small which is perfect if you have small children. Also has rides and a photo booth, if you dont want to spend all day at the mall but need somethings it is perfect for a light outing.

Mall is a little empty but its looking up! Highly suggest littman jewelers and they have the coolest virtual reality cafe there too! The cafes coffee is soooo good. Really neat place

The Palmer Park mall is a very nice, smaller, clean mall with many stores, shops, clothing outlets, and restaurants. It is a good place to go for some light weekend shopping.

Popped in on the off chance I could find an outfit for a job interview...I did..prices were reasonable...dressing room a wreck, staff could have been dressed a lot nicer.

Last visit there I thought I was at Phillipsburg mall. Most of the good stores have left the mall. There is not a good variety of food stands just a few stores opened.

There are some good stores in here. However stores keep going out of business and fewer stores exist. New ones open then close down not to long after.
