The interior place smelled musty and the only store that was upon was Kohls and the nail salon. Most of the others looked like they were failing or out of business already. I spent nearly an hour in there Sears and couldnt find the one tool I wanted (a breaker bar) I even asked if they had it and the person replies with Im not sure and then continued his conversation with his coworker. Would not recommend this mall since Lehigh Valley mall is so close and many times better.

Its a mall, filled with mall stuff. Theres a giant parking lot; a number of them, in fact. Just about every box store and chain restaurant and every other small business-killing, pedestrian job-offering is available for you to choose from, located on a never-ending commercial strip... the whole area kinds sucks, actually. But thats really only because I hate malls, mini-malls, and weeded, poorly maintained miles of commercial front.

Can you even consider this a mall? As a kid I remember this mall being awesome. More awesome then the Lehigh Valley Mall but the sales declined and they turned it into a strip mall with a really small indoor area. Place is dirty now and looks like its falling apart with its wood paneling and broken tiles. Place is only good for Kohls or Comic Master.

So, so sad a location. There are some stores inside - a comic book store, a pet store (did not enter), a couple of convenience stores, and of course Kohls. Outside are more stores in the lifestyle/shopping center area including Bed Bath and Beyond and Sears. They cant compete with the monster mall across Grape Street, though luckily it has Kohls.

Its a nice and quiet area. If you arent one for crowds like me, its a nice area to just walk around thats quiet. The only good thing about this place is the pet store, although, I dont like how the puppies have to stand on those barred things; that right there breaks my heart. Thats the only thing I would make them change, and bigger cages.

The Whitehall mall was great in the 90s it was actually an indoor mall , if it would have just been updated correctly and possibly expanded . There would of been 2 real malls in the Allentown/ Whitehall area instead of just the Lehigh Valley mall .

Interior area has no hot spots or places worth shopping. The pet store smells very bad and always seems dirty. The outdoor shops are OK . I would save my time and just go to the Lehigh valley mall across the street .

Mostly empty stores on the inside. Poorly lit. The comic book store is one of the only things worth going inside for. Most of the decent shops can only be accessed from the outside and are not physically connected.

More of a plaza than a mall - Kohls, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Sears garner the most attention. A Golds Gym is most prominently viewed inside the limited mall area. The Old Country Buffet does get busy at times.

Theres alot of stores here, the biggest and most diverse mall in the area, the outside section they added is quite nice, a decent ammount of diversity. Next best mall im our extended area is king of prussia

Went to Sears and wasnt even acknowledged by any staff. Couldnt find anyone to help me in making a purchase, So I left without buying anything. Associates need to work on "customer service" skills.

The mall interior is incredibly outdated and poorly kept. Besides that there simply arent many places to shop. Its saving grace is that its just across the street from a bigger, better mall.

I would not call this a mall. Its more of a shopping center. The sound of the dogs barking in the pet store while shopping in Kohls breaks my heart! This place needs an update.
